You can contact embassy for more information. It's can be a mistake from embassy. Don't book a flight until you got a clear answer from embassy.
I will email the embassy. We already have flights booked for the 19th since we received the visa 😬

I'm still confused. Aren't you related to @jalvarez4Jesus?
Who is currently sponsoring someone?
And who is the current joint sponsor?
And who has sponsored immigrants in the past?
My brother is the OP. My parents have helped sponsor my husband in the past. My parents are also willing to act as sponsors for my brother's wife. My brother is trying to decide whether to do a household member or joint sponsor, and my parents would be the joint sponsor or the household members.

It means all the files are electronic. No more paper package.
In my post i state that it does NOT say that. The visa does NOT say " IV docs in CCD" or anything about CCD which is why I'm worried because I looked it up and that's the only way you don't need a packet (to my knowledge)

To get more clarity. You originally submitted I-864 as a joint sponsor, and listed your previously sponsored immigrants to be counted in the same I864, and NVC rejected it?
No, i submitted I 864 at first, and the NVC requested I change it to household members. It was my sponsor's first time sponsoring anyone. My brother is now trying to bring his wife, and we are wondering whether he should do a joint sponsor form (They are our parents who also sponsored my husband previously) or a household member form like the NVC asked me to do when I went through the process.

My husband's CR-1 Visa just came. However, no yellow immigrant packet came with it. I've checked the visa for "IV docs in CCD" or anything like that, and it does not have it. Is this normal for Sweden? According to their website, it should say something about CCD on the visa, but it does not, and we received no packet. Has this happened to anyone else?

Household members for I-864 is TAX household, not the people you live with.
It's the joint sponsor who should list the previously sponsored immigrant on their I-864.
Hi, I'm OP's sister. I originally submitted joint sponsorship and the NVC rejected it and told me to change them to household members. We don't share a tax household. I'm worried the same thing will happen to my brother if he submits under joint sponsorship

I agree OP that you just need to give it a few days. They will not be shy to reach out if there is any other document needed.
As far as the CEAC being irrelevant after the interview- the status function (“Administrative Processing”, “Refused”, “Issued”) is absolutely still used, and the best source for applicants to see what is happening with their case.
Ok. I'll let you guys know if it gets updated to issued.

Consulate Officers should stop using the term "approved". All visas have to go through verification before being issued.
I'm hoping that the "reject" was just for their own notes since it was either a duplicate document or an updated doc that he brought to the interview.

When was the interview @Nalvarez?
It was today, in the morning. They didn't tell him he needed to update or add any documents, in fact the consular officer told him he was approved, so I am very confused now.

Huh??? CEAC is relevant in that "Issued" is the ONLY true indication of an approved visa. FB is not reliable.
Why would they put rejected with no instructions on how to fix though? Should I be sending the embassy an email inquiring? The status is administrative processing as of right now (The interview was today)

Has the status changed to "Issued"?
not yet, but i'm hoping for that tomorrow I was told by someone on facebook though that CEAC isn't relevant after interview ( I hope its true) 🤞

Update
--
Apparently CEAC is irrelevant after the interview (I did not know)
So likely everything is ok and it was for their personal notes -
After the interview, where they told my husband he was approved, I got these notifications from CEAC. They didn't tell him he had to change anything in the interview. The I-864 was replaced by a new one per their request, so it makes sense that it is rejected as the new one shows accepted. I'm not sure why they rejected my proof of household member; however, on my household member section, they accepted this, so I'm thinking it's because it was a duplicate. We brought updated passport photos, and I'm wondering if they didn't like this since they rejected the ones I sent before (they were older pictures). Should I be worried about this? Has this happened to anyone? His case now says AP on the case tracker.

has anyone had their interviews, if so how did it go and what did you bring? Ours is in 2 days

Maybe I'm wrong but it seems like those weren't looked at yet, or perhaps not needed. Do those pertain to I-864 co-sponsors?
It changed to accepted shortly after. It's just a glitch from what I've heard others say also.

I uploaded proof of assets and income for my household member which was approved by NVC late april. Do i need to upload their new paystubs and bank statements before my interview in august or is their past info that was approved april fine?

it doesn't hurt to email but u will probably only get a computer generated response saying something like
"case has been dQ and ready for interview to be scheduled, we will notify u when the date is scheduled"
u can always check the case status on
https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do
USCIS only tells me that's its been sent to NVC

You can do, but the immigration timelines on VJ don't say 6 weeks, it seems to be quite a bit longer than that so I wouldn't worry just yet - https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/k1list.php?cfl=0&op1=3&op2=d&op3=5&op4=1&op5=5,6,8,10,11,13,14,15,16,17,18,20,21,22,25,26,27,28,108,110,111,208,210,211&op6=All&op66=All&op7=Sweden&dfile=No&adv=0
Might be worth asking in the Europe sub forum to see if anybody has any recent experience. Good luck.
Thanks! I'm getting my numbers from the CR-1 scandinavia facebook group and everyone there has gotten IL within 6 weeks. Maybe they are just lucky though.

If I contact NVC about my interview letter, will it slow my case down? It's been 7 weeks since DQ, the embassy Sweden. I'm seeing others get their IL in Sweden maximum 6 weeks so I am worried.
-
I submitted my NVC paperwork on April 8 and got DQ on may 5. The beneficiary is from Sweden, when should I be expecting interview letter?

Hi, mine was updated a few days later to show accepted, but i did have a DQ so it may not be the same case for you

I got my NVC approval DQ. How long should I expect to wait for an interview?

Update. Embassy never replied, so we proceeded with travel plans. He had no issues at POE and now has a stamped CR-1 visa. I'm thinking Sweden is phasing out the annotation or something since they do ALL their visa documents online.
