    Hey My Fellow July-ers!

    Summary of this week:

The USCIS, across March, April, May, & June, Updated a total of 590 Cases.

342 of those cases were from June, and of those, 274 of the June were NEW cases (not ones already in progress). There are approximately 1400 Untouched June cases as of today. At this rate, we should start seeing significant movement in 3 weeks or so!

Ok, on to the July report from this week:

    08/08/22
109000 - Request from Additional Evidence Was Sent
    116000 - Case Was Approved

    08/10/22
110000 - Request from Additional Evidence Was Sent

    08/12/22
107000 - Request for Initial Evidence Was Sent
116000 - Request for Initial Evidence Was Sent

To the lucky couple in the 116 range, congrats!

The arbitrariness of this is maddening

Can someone explain to me what is the difference between an RFE and a RFER?

Also is there any summary of where they are with June in total?

I developed a software that, downloads USCIS data on large scale and then saves it local Database or exports in excel, it also provides statistics overview for cases and does some basic statistics (calculates processing rate). Since it retains downloaded data, it allows me to filter cases out for later updates, so initially i downloaded 100000 USCIS cases, but then i just filtered out K1 (32000 cases) and I am now tracking only those.

DSBeijing are you scrapping from Case Status Online page or is there a page where you can check in bulk? Also do you know how to break down the case receipt number (what numbers are you playing around with when you are scraping?)

I feel like this should be publicly available as opposed to that unreliable estimate they are giving.
