    Hiii everyone good news my case got completed on 26th feb..Rfe was entered on the 21st feb.now the long wait for interview..mine is in cehnnai which is the busiest and crowded.....

    I DONT UNDERSTAND THE NVC!!! my RFE was entered on the 20th!!! my case should be completed ER!!!

    this makes me sooo worried why hasn't my case been completed!!! i hope the NVC didn't loose my case!!!

    Do you know if the have entered your corrected DS-230 in the NVC system yet? I called last night and was told mine was received yesterday. :dance::dance:

    I bet we both hear on next tuesday "case complete"

    karla5001 hopefully you will hear pretty soon that your case is completed!

    I talked to an operator at the NVC and interviews are scheduled in the second week of March, so you still might get an April interview date (depends on the waiting time of your consulate or embassy). Only a few embassies/consulates plan their own appointments.

    For people who got their case completed it's kind of funny to track it down on de DHL-site. Somebody posted this before and it really works! You go to the DHL-site and choose tracking by references. My case was completed on the 25th of Februari so I searched for EXP 26 FEB 2008A (don't ask me where it all stands for) and you get a whole list with packages mailed out that day and one of them is on it's way to Amsterdam (must be mine!!).

    letty, teejay, amberlynn, rick's baby thank for sharing info about your timeline after rfe. It gives hope.

    rick's baby- good luck on your interview on April 4 :)

    so i called the NVC and the operator told me that "the documents still need to be reviewed an it should happen any day now"

    ERR COME ONE NVC!!! COMPLETE MY CASE! PLEASE!

    i hope i can still make it for the march interviews....i would love my interview to be in april!

    Just heard my case was completed on Februari 25!!!!!

    The RFE (passport pictures) was entered into their system on the 20th so it took only 5 days to complete : )

    Gives hope for other people!

    As soon as I read you post, I took the told step to check and guess what our case is completed too. I got a ref 3weeks ago it was entered the same day as your and approved the same day as your. congrat

    Im still waiting for mine guys :(!!

    I am leaping for joy because God has been so good. Today my wife got a new job . Secondly I called the NVC automated line and I heard that our case is completed. I thought I was dreaming,I spoke to one of the agent and he confirmed it. Thank you all for your advice, and support God bless you all. I pray that God will give your papers speed and as many of you that have issues with your case the same God that took Daniel out of the Lions den will work a miracle for you. You will receive God's favor. Thank you all again. I am waiting for the case to be transferred to the Nigeria Embassy for interview. I will keep you posted.

    this gives me hope my passport pictures where also entered on 2-20-08!!!!!!!!!!!! but i called this morning and did not hear case ocmplete :(!!!

    but i will call again tonight maybe i will hear CASE COMPLETE!

    Hi..'

    I recieved an RFE last month and i have send the necessary cheklisted docs on the 12 feb...automated mssg says that they have recievd it...anybody has an idea on how long will take for case complete.. Has somebody got an RFE and got the case complete recently...Also after the case complete how long will it take for the interview??? I know too many questions...

    also the USCIC shows the processing date as jun..what does that mean...mine was filed before that and yet not completed...

    I'm confused...the first questions are about the NVC and the second are about the USCIC. You need a timeline!

    but if your asking about the NVC i have been waiting for cause complete since FEB 20th...they told me 3-4 weeks.

    I called this NVC morning and there was no change in the message from last week. Since then I have sent the I-864 packet and the IV fee bill and payment, I expected to get some message of receipt but with yesterday being a holiday I was wondering if they are just behind. Did anybody get an update today?

    i just checked and they have not updated mine...i always check in the night.

    SO I AM 110% THAT I SENT 2 PASSAPORT PHOTOS WITH MY HUSBANDS DS230....I EVEN WROTE THE CASE NUMBER IN THE LITTLE BAG I SENT THE PICTURES IN. I CHECKED THE STATUS AND I HEARED AN RFE AUTOMATED MESSAGE ( I ALMOST CRIED!!)

    I CALLED AND THE OPERATOR SAID..."YOU NEED TO SEND IN 2 PASSAPORT PICTURES."

    I AM UPSET THIS HOLDS MY CASE ANOTHER 2 WEEKS BEFORE CASE COMPLETE!! ERR..IM SOOOO SICK OF WAITING FOR CASE COMPLETE...IM DESPERATE...

    OK I HAD TO RANT TO SOMEONE THANKS FOR READING MY POST YOU GUYS!!

    **I DONT LIKE TO RANT ABOUT THESE THINGS WITH MY HUSBAND..BECAUSE AROUND HIM I HAVE TO KEEP POSITIVE TO KEEP HIM POSITIVE** I FEEL LIKE IM BREAKING DOWN!!!!!! ER!! DUMB NVC!!!!!!!

    THIS IS A FASLE RFE...BUT I WILL OVERNIGHT THE PASSAPORT PICTURES TOMMOROW ...THEN THEY WILL BE THERE MONDAY! AND I CAN GET THE BALL ROLLING AGAIN!
