    Anyone else is still waiting for an interview to be scheduled? My i751 has been pending for a little over 22 months now and my n400 10 months. I thought n400 would fasten the process?

    Congrats! I applied 4/15/2025 and still waiting for an interview to be scheduled. Do you have a pending i751? I applied under the 3 years rule with pending i751. Still waiting .

    I'm not from those countries. I sent an inquiry and got a response saying the case is processing normally and it's not outside of normal processing time?

    Anyone still waiting for an interview appointment? I applied since 4/16/2025 and it's coming up 9 months in a week and my i751 has been pending for over 630 days. My n400 is outside normal processing time and I submitted an inquiry a few days ago. Not sure why it's taking so long.

    Hi all, anyone experienced a similar situation as me? My progress tab changed from 2 months to 6 months yesterday after waiting for 4.5 months. Today, it’s changed to 3 months. So frustrating!

    Hi everyone, so 4/16 was my GC 3rd year anniversary and it’s been 95 days since I submitted my n-400 app. Both my I-751 and n-400 had the ‘case is being actively reviewed’ until today when they changed to ‘case is still being processed’. does anyone know what that means? It seems counterintuitive to me that my cases are going back one step? I thought active reviewing is the next step after being processed?

    Did anyone filing under 3 years rule and a pending i-751 get any updates? What does your progress tab say? Mine says 4 months till case decision.

    Hello! I filed under 3 years rule (90 days earlier) field office: Phoenix i-751 pending since 4/16/2024 N-400 filed 4/16/2025 progress tab says 5 months till decision; still waiting for interview to be scheduled.

    Congrats! I received my notices online a day after the check was being processed.

    I really think that they’re waiting for the check to be cleared before they send out the notice. If for whatever reason the bank rejects the check and they had already sent us the notice, they can’t come back and ask us to send them another fee. Just my two cents. Someone told me that they saw the notice letter a couple of days, after the check has been cleared. My bank account is showing the check is processing. My hope is that tomorrow it will have been processed by tomorrow, and the notice will magically appear in my online account lol

    Which lockbox did you send your app? Mine was received on 4/16 at Tempe lockbox and I got an sms and email notification yesterday. I think the check is still being processed. Until it’s processed and cleared, you won’t see the extension letter in your online account. They will issue the notice only after they have received your money

    Is a receipt notice different from an acceptance notice? Is the latter the extension letter? Do you receive two notices from USCIS then?

    I received an email just now. It gave me a case number and said a receipt or acceptance notice has been sent.
