    But my lawyer called USCIS and they told her that prima facie extension was returned. So weird

    Hi guys I filed i360 on December 10th 2020, I’ve got 3 prima facie and renewed my work permit. I did not receive any other update. Now I just received an update and asked my lawyer. Please give me some answers. I’m freaking out. What this could be!!?? Thank you family

    Thank you for the respond sandranj. But sometimes some people get approval within 20-22 months, is it just a luck? Or their case is stronger?

    Can you guys share some updates? It’s been 19 months and still nothing except “fees waived “:(( is it a good sign since they did not ask any rfe? I already got 2 prima facie.
