26 and I’m 33 now…. And death silence

Almost there?:( is it a good sign I don’t receive anything beside prima facie:(? 33 months and nothing….

I’m loosing my hope. It’s been 33 months and still I haven’t heard anything except 5 prima facie. There is no rfe there is no approval and my green card application still says “interview scheduled Oct 2020” . My lawyer went and asked them to hold my case because we were opening vawa case. Everytime I check processing time is going up. Now 35 months for vawa and it says “80% of the cases got answer within 35 months. Even if I get approval god knows how long I will have to wait for gc interview after vawa approval. I have a fiancé and she is from states, she is sad and I feel it. Apparently I can’t get married before I get gc through vawa. I’m just so tired and stressed….. please share your opinions family…

I’ve been waiting for 32 months and all I received 4 prima facie and extension for ead for i485. 3 years ago I had an interview and I was already divorced and did not attend to interview instead my lawyer went there and she told me that officer promised her to hold my i485. However Whenever I look at online it says interview scheduled oct 2020. I still did not get approval or rfe for i360. I’ve been together w my girlfriend who is citizen and she wants to get married and visit my country together. What would you guys recommend? Get marry and drop i360 and file i485 or just wait for my pending i360. I’m so confused even if they approve i360 what will happen w my i485? Are they really holding my previous one I have to wait years again after i360? Please help

Please help, my lawyer just emailed me and saying “ “I hope you are doing well. I write to provide you with a status update about your pending I-360/I-485. As you know, your filing was submitted to USCIS on December 10, 2020. Based on current processing time information, USCIS is indicating that it adjudicates 80% of the VAWA-based I-360 petitions within 33.5 months of receipt. Further, USCIS indicates that the earliest opportunity we have to inquire about your case status is June 9, 2024. Based on this information, I anticipate that you will need another extension of your work and travel permission. We can get started on it now if you would like as we are about 6 months away from the expiration of your current authorization. Our legal fee to assist with these filings is $1,000 and there is a delivery and handling charge of $50.” Is it normal?:( how. Long more do I have to wait:(( she says June 2024! It’s gonna be almost 4 years till then:( after I divorce I met w an amazing person and she is American and we’ve been living together almost 4 years. Her family knows everything and we can get marry tomorrow but I don’t wanna lose wava and start all over again. I’m so stressed enough!!!:(

Should I get a letter from the lawyer and kindly mention about my case? I just don’t know all I know is I have a pending vawa no criminal background,working and paying taxes last 3 years at the same place…. Please give me some opinions

Have the same problem. Filed 2020 dec and still nothing. My mom and dad have usa visa but when my brother applied 6 months ago they denied his application. We are from turkey and I got him another interview in bahamas and he will say we have cruise tour from Miami w dad and mom. Should he bring up my vawa case or talk about it? Should I send him some paperwork:( I don’t wanna travel to turkey w ap cuz I don’t wanna take risk:( so hard. It’s been 8 years
