I don't hunt... but I'm not 'against' hunting. I feel like, if you eat meat you can't be against hunting. How do you think we get the meat in the supermarkets or the butcher shops? It's superficial to be against hunters while eating meat that has been 'hunted' and often in a less humane way.

Raising an animal in captivity it's whole life and stuffing it full of food and hormones while it sits in a cage, and then slaughtering it... to me, is worse.

I have uncles who go hunting, and then cook and eat the meat. You might as well consider yourself a murderer for buying a burger if you're going to look at it that way. Killing animals just to kill them, and not consuming the meat, is wrong if you ask me.

Again, if you're a vegan or vegetarian or whatever, I totally get it. But anything else I think is totally hypocritical.

If it was for the meat? Then yes I would consider it as surviving. But C'mon we live in 2009.... and his family has enough money to buy meat from the store. It's just pure for fun.

I'm a vegetarian and I don't like ppl killing animals for their own goods. But I also know that meat will always be there, and it is an endless fight without a happy ending to stop the killing of animals. But this is too close by... my new family are murderers

Pennsyltucky is slang for the 'middle' part of PA... because it is more like Kentucky. Backwards, uneducated, pretty much a cultural wasteland ...

as a pennsylvanian i take exception to your description of the best of what is left of America. pennsylvania is like an oreo cookie, the white cream is in the middle.

pennsylvania ranks high in educational standards and is full of cultural/historic attractions and events. most mid staters are older than the national average, and have high levels of wealth and education. in a recent study pennsylvania ranked number 2 for the fewest "underwater mortgages" (low income sectors of philly kept us from being number 1). this is an indicator of the wisdom and fiscal restraint of mid state inhabitants. you should actually visit the place and learn of what you speak before sticking your a$$ into your mouth (however that metaphor goes...). you just don't hear stories of hispanic gang rapes in the mid state.

in regard to the OP, this is old news. the judge was getting kickbacks for arranging detention. he is corrupt, and is being dealt with.

Jaime Jarrin will always be the best spanish announcer, hands down. I think Fernando Valenzuela does a very good job too. My grandmother was a big Dodger fan, but she said she could never understand Vin Scully, I know, blasphemy. So we always listened to Jaime call the game.

well, it's not really a Hispanic group.. Brown Berets are a Chicano nationalist group, which is a little different.. and they focus on community issues and fight against police brutality and to prove equal quality education among minorities, not only chicanos or hispanics.. they also provide free healthcare for everybody who is uninsured, not only chicanos or hispanics..

now, on White groups that are not hate groups? I don't know, most of the militarized or militia-like white groups are supremacist who focus on demeaning others, not promoting the heritage of white culture, whatever that is (I think theres too many cultures of white groups to be called ONE white heritage)

so, maybe I need you to tell me about a white group that doesn't promote hate..

(btw the brown berets are not a militia like group, they only dress like that as a direct inspiration from the Black Panthers, but their agenda is quite community oriented)
