    I’ve heard they have to send the papers within 3 months so there may be an issue with the papers. Have you called and talked to an agent?

    Hey, did they give you case number? I’m assuming this number will be on the Welcome letter they send everyone once the case is processed and sent to the embassy.

    Anybody know the timeline for getting the welcome letter from the NVC? I’ve heard 45-60 days but not 100% sure. Anyone here get notification yet the papers have been sent to embassy’s yet?

    How long have people been waiting to get a response from NVC for an inquiry? I sent an inquiry about my fiancés case on Sept 3rd but it seems there is a backlog.

    Hi Everyone, how are people finding out the CEAC case number for the firms? My form was approved august 3rd at the USCIS but I have heard nothing about the next steps. I’ve been told the next contact I will get is an email or letter once the NVC processes my cases and sends it to the embassy in Mumbai in 45-60 days from approval. Is this correct?

    So if I understand this correctly, in the 45-60 days, the case should be sent to the embassy and that is when they send imma the welcome letter to fill out the DS-160 and other documents? Till then we don’t get any email or letter that the case is at NVC? My case was approved on August 3rd but I haven’t heard anything yet.

    Just talked to a rep at USCIS and they did mail a letter for the approval on the 3rd but since I haven’t gotten it I would have to submit the I824 form and pay a 465$ fee to get a new one 😡. Very disappointing system of our government. At least I know that they have the right address and it is going to NVC.

    Hi Guys, I have yet to receive my NOA2 letter in the mail. This is troubling bc I know it has instructions on there for the next steps. I will contact the NVC as stated by the OP but I’m hoping it is just delayed in the mail. I did fill out the missing notice form but I got a email stating I am not allowed to get an update. What does this letter have and what should I do at this point?

    Hi Everyone, my approval was August 3rd but I haven’t received my letter yet. I filled out the missing notice request and it says it could take up to 30 days to respond. I know there isn’t really anything I can do at this point to make this process go faster but how can I track the application right now? I didn’t get an email when the papers got approved so I’m slightly concerned I won’t get notified when the papers get to NVC or get assigned a number required to look it up on CEAC.

    @4thntr Hi, I attempted to update timeline but it doesn’t let me choose K1. It only shows cr or F-1 visa. I can try on my desktop but I usually just track it on my phone. How do you know it got to the NVC or left the NVC? I haven’t received my letter yet for the NOA2 either but it’s only been 10 days. Any idea if the processing in Mumbai is fast? I’ve seen some long timeline here so I’m hoping it’s relatively fast.

    Correct me if I’m wrong but after the NOA2 (Aug 6th), we have to wait for the documents to be given a case number by the DOS and then it goes to NVC. In my case my NVC is in Mumbai. Is there anything we can do at this point to expedite the process or do we just have to wait till the documents are reviewed by the NVC and sent a packet for the interview to my fiancé ? From what I’ve read, it could be up to 60 days till the case is reviewed by the NVC and another 60 till they assign a number and sent to consulate? Is that right?

    Anyone aware of how long it takes for a approved application to go to NVC and then to the foreign consulate? I was approved last Wednesday but haven’t gotten the paper in the mail yet. Has anyone seen what the visa stamping timeframe is in the Mumbai consulate after the USCIS approval?

    Hey Guys, my case was approved yesterday. What is the next step I can take? Will I just have to wait till the case gets to NVC or is there anything I can do currently. If anyone has a cheat sheet of steps that would be nice!

    Omg my case just got approved. Guys I can even express how happy I am right now. I was so afraid of getting an RFE and to see that notification in my phone was a godsend. can’t wait to tell my fiancé when she wakes up. I was in the 97500 group. NOA 1: June 9th NOA 2: August 3rd

    Case Tracker search feature is working again. Of course the cases around my case have been touched and mine was left alone 😭

    Kinda odd but I got buzzed on the tracker app that they Received my Case. Not sure what could’ve caused this but I’m hoping someone at the center started working on it.

    Theoretically yes but it’s super random. They have cases from March-May that also need to be finished up and they are working on new cases for June. I am the next group after you and I still don’t have a response yet but I’ve seen several people processed already. Not sure how they pick out cases but it may just end up on luck or time needed to review.

    This is so demoralizing. I was a June 9th filer as well so seeing peers and people past me get approved is a real gut punch. I was hoping to have a approval in July and now I’ll have to keep hope for an August approval. Just praying for no RFE.

    You got this!!! I am June 9th and my wife cries everyday on FaceTime with me. We are so close!!!! It’s a good chance they will hit our groups by the end of the month.

    Wow I wish I had your optimism. I’m at day 370 and it’s getting tougher and tougher. My fiancé in India is practically going insane in this limbo. I know india takes roughly 2-3 months after the approval here so I’m hoping the approval here comes quickly. My birthday is July 16 and this is literally the only thing I want.

    Anyone know what the withdrawals are? I would assume it’s just people cancelling the process for another route but just want to clarify.
