got it, what does "approval notice valid from 11/04/2022 to 03/03/2023" mean?

Hi I received this I-797 letter, I thought after getting your case approved it was going to NVC, however this letter says it went straight to the consulate/embassy ? Can someone explain what I'm supposed to do next?

I am way outside of normal processing times as far as the K-1 goes for the RFE i have no idea what the processing times are

I cannot tell how depressing and frustrating this has been. The response for our RFE was received on Sep 3rd, USCIS agent said it will take 30 days for them to process it. After 30 days I called again and they said it will actually take a maximum of 60 days. In a few days it will be 60 days and I highly doubt I will hear anything from them but I still held hope. A T2 agent called me today and said I have to give them 60 to 90 days...... I told her where is this 90 days coming from, this is the first time I heard of 90 days. I am so sick of being jerked around. My RFE was for just missing a simple Yes or No question. We have been waiting since June 2021. I already called my senators and they responded with saying an someone from USCIS is currently working on our case, that was like 6 weeks ago. Is there ANYTHING I can do?

I know that but do I still need to send USCIS documents explaining that like in the post below? When I called USCIS about this they said only send in what the RFE is requesting, but I want to send in the shaadi.com document in case they send me a another RFE about it later

I got an RFE because I missed a question asking about if I had a criminal history, since I'm sending it in I wanted to use this opportunity to also send in a letter from shaadi.com (matrimony website) that explains that website is not a IMB because I noticed a thread where someone got an RFE due to them meeting on a matrimony/dating site. They had to get a letter from the site explaining they are not a IMB (International Marriage Broker). On our application we put "No" to did you meet on a IMB, because it is not, but in the letter explaining how we met I did say we met on shaadi.com and I had a premium membership. The RFE did not mention anything about it so I am wondering if I should address it as well. I ask this because I found out it is common for them to send out more RFE's after receiving the previous RFE, so I wanted to kill two birds with on stone.

We got an RFE for the same thing, I guess it was left blank because I had no criminal record and assumed I didn't need to fill it out... When you sent in your RFE how long did it take for them receive it and process it?

After waiting 435 days we got an RFE, it is coming in the mail but is there a faster way to see it? I seriously don't t know why don't they just email it... I hired a lawyer and we sent them EVERYTHING

hi, I have a NOA1 of June 14 2021, last month I spoke to a T2 officer (this was before our case inquiry date) and I asked them multiple times can you just tell us where our application is, is it in a pile, is it on someone's desk, just tell us if it is in line to be processed because I am scared they have lost our application, the officer did not help at all, he kept saying we are just a call center and not the California processing center and they have no way to check where our case is. Its been a while now and like 70% of June filers have been processed and our is still not processed. My inquiry date is coming in Sep 10, can I call again now and try what you said or should I wait until inquiry date

how many of the 150 are RFES/RFER ?

Can someone please explain how they can leave 150 cases untouched for April while move onto May and June? Is there a problem with these cases? Are these cases lost? Are they just refusing to look at them? These April cases are so far past their inquiry dates how has USCIS still not processed them, it's actually unbelievable.... What is USCIS even saying to these people who are inquiring about their cases?

Hi, I am in group 99500, my case is still showing as "received" after 427 days with a inquiring date of Sep 10 52% in this group are still untouched. At this rate what is the likelihood my case gets looked at, I feel like they will just move on to Aug cases and we will be left in limbo.
