It's very nice to know you guys experiences that how long I will receive the case number from NVC?

My case is

Noa 1 : April 1 2021

Response RFE: April 14 2022

Noa 2: May 4 2022

I sent an inquiry to NVC on June 28 2022

Until now It was 62 days from Noa2 and I didnt hear anything from the NVC.

You need to recieve their mail, it takes 5 days for my case.
What kind of RFE did you get? Initial evidence or additional evidence?

if that is the request for initial evidence, dont worry.

We got silly. We missed one question in I-129F. 🥹🥹🥹

I got the request for initial evidence. And I did respond for it. Anyone here has experiences that how many days USCIS work on my case again?

after one year for waiting for Noa2. I got RFE today, request for initial evidence.

how many days you got their mail and how many days you got approved from the days you sent your response?

Recieve date April 1. But still hear nothing. I really cant keep the way they work straight. It's weird and unfair. 

My Case Tracker app doesnt work. I've already deleted it and downloaded again. But it's still dead. My IOS is 14.8.1. Anyone here has the same problem and know how to fix it? Plz help.

It still got approved this month. I dont know what to do except setting my expectation low. But still being disappointed.

My received date is April 1 and I am still waiting Noa2. I check the chart every week. It has been totally riding me. Because some other cases in April 20, 21, 22 that it got approved, but my case didnt move. I dont know why?

I dont understand why the process of K1 Visa takes more time than before. 🥺

when I sent our papers to the USCIS, I thought I will meet my partner this Xmas 🥺

We really want to settle down. 🙏 wish everything come soon and come true for all of us!

No movement to report since the last chart run on Nov 21st. Last noted approval: November 18th. 

 

We've got a few weeks until Christmas, so here is hoping we see March movement this month so they can get on to our cases.
