  1. I think you need to check status on the CEAC site not the USCIS site? When USCIS approves your petition you get the below message.
  2. My understanding is that they will use the one listed in your petition.
  3. I like your positive attitude. Waiting is so hard and its very easy to become discouraged
  4. Thankfully the visas are good for a few months which allows time to get everything done before coming to US.
  5. yep but they must have some sort of access at the NVC in order to search for records.
  6. Update: Looks like as of may 1 2023 they have a new method using digital certificates instead of the sticker. https://www.facebook.com/CFOGovPH
  7. She can take the class without having her visa but if she does, she will need to return after she gets it to obtain the CFO sticker. Without the CFO sticker on her visa, they will not allow her to board a plane for the US
  8. Not yet. im going to wait a couple more weeks. One thing to keep in mind is if you go to cfo class before you get your visa (which is fine) then you will have to go back to the cfo place when you do get it before leaving the Philippines.
  9. Your noa2 date is may 26. It took about 60 days for nvc to receive my petition. Im expecting another 30 days for them to create the case and send to embassy. Hang in there and give it more time. Im sure everything is ok.
  10. Hang in there. I have a feeling that youre getting good news soon too..
  11. If youre in this thread it usually means USCIS has approved your petition and its time for NVC to do their thing. If youre wondering about your petition and if its been sent to the NVC then you can start by submitting a public inquiry. Then depending on your situation they will say yes we have it and are working on entering it into our system or they will say no we dont have it yet but you can email NVC research and they will reach out to USCIS on the the status/location of your petition. Here is the public inquiry link. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/ask-nvc.html
  12. Yay! I finally got a bit of good news. It makes me feel better knowing they at least have my petition.
  13. Agreed. The visa service i hired told me to expect at least 90 days but its still very discouraging.
