I have submitted the documents to NVC and they are asking for 2023 tax returns we don’t have it yet but we do have the extension from IRS

    what should I do

should I send them the extension letter or wait for the 2023 tax returns and how much do we have to send them the documents once they asked?

I'd think pretty soon maybe within the month. Unless they start to slow down around Eid, in that case the week after Eid is probably when you could get the IL email.

IR1 and IR5 interviews are in the same category?
my father’s DQ is February 2023 I can’t find any IR5 group here so that’s why asking in this group!!

  4. In DS260 there is a question

is your immigrating to the US with you?
    and next is

is your spouse immigrating to the Us at a later date to join you?
what should be the answer yes or no

I’m filling out this for my mom and my dad’s case is already in the NVC and approved

See Boiler's post above - his guess was 12-15 years.

It will depend on the kids exact ages though i.e. is the 17 year old only just 17 or about to turn 18? It will also depend on when your parents actually move and petition for them - you expect your Dad to get an interview soon, but as a Pakistani male he may well be put in AP and that will delay things, so by the time he gets his visa the kids could be another year older. Etc, etc. Too many variables to know for sure, I guess all you can do is talk to your parents and make sure they're ok with the potential delay in your siblings being able to move. It's worth having a full and frank conversation with them before they move IMO, it would be awful if they moved and then regretted it.

    Good luck.

They age out when they turning d 18 or 21?

No, as advised above they can apply immediately. But it'll be a long wait for them to get visas though. Your parents need to carefully consider if they are happy to live apart from them for that long I guess? Particularly as they're not likely to get visitor visas either.

Is it 2-3 years wait  for children under 21?

So can not the oldest also stay with them?

    Yes she can

I’m just getting all the ideas

I know this questions should belong to IR5 category but if during the interview officer asks my father who’s gonna take care of his kids can he say that my oldest daughter hopefully he’ll get his interview in 2 months

and my mom’s case just started at NVC so she’ll also be in the country

So you own a physiotherapy business?

Your parents can sponsor her once they have GC's.

No we have a completely different business I don’t think so it’s gonna work for her

but thank you so much I really appreciate all of your help

if parents sponsor her how long it will take?

To add to the above, VJ has a guide -

She has to be accepted in to the school first, so that's the first step, she needs to apply to colleges.

Note that if she's from Pakistan, and has her sister living in the US, her chances of a visa being granted are lower, so do bear that in mind.

The chances are lower because I’m here in US or they aren’t giving student visas to Pakistanis?

and in part 6 where it says

I, The household member…. I wrote my husbands name which is I think right

help me what should I do did I messed it up?

    FYI

everything has already been approved by NVC and it’s in interview line

I see. So your mother will wait to join with the siblings? You want to slow things down as much as possible then, you don't want her interview for several years yet.

No once she’s done with the interview she’ll come and grandparents will take care of the siblings and when siblings got their visas then can come
