    From today's data:

Most recent approval in the 28000 is Dec 10

Most approvals in the 25000 are Dec 3

I will add most recent approval filing date for reference in future daily udpate posts, and @mw & rg k1 also shares data analysis by filing dates every Tuesday & Friday. So we can wait and see what's up tomorrow :)

We are in 28000 series. Thank you.

You wait for the I-129F petition to be approved first.  You will then receive instructions about how to submit the DS-160 and I-134 for each person who needs a visa, plus other required documents depending on the country where the K-1 and K-2 interviews will be done.  Fill out your timeline for best advice.  Good luck!

Beneficiary is from Brazil as well.

So, DS 160 & I-134 is needed for my fiancée/girlfriend and her child?

You  need to read and and every link if you want to continue to DIY.  You’ve lots of time to do so, 1-2 years.

How do I block you? I don't want to read your messages.

  3. I sent I-129F application in December 2021. In Part 2 (Information about your beneficiary) I wrote the child's name and all necessary information (section 39 to 43 in Part 2). However, I have not filed DS-160 or I-134 forms yet.

I googled and found this list:

    • Duly filled in Form DS-160 (to be submitted online)
    • Passport
    • Copy of birth certificate
    • Completed Form I-134
    • Affidavit of Support and sponsor documents
    • Passport sized photograph
    • Result of medical examination (from an Embassy accredited physician)

    Is it a full list?

DS-160 is filed online (I have not filed it yet). What about other supporting documents?

For those who have just filed your I-129f application with USCIS, this thread has been created for your needs and for you to be with others experiencing different aspects of this journey. This is a place to ask questions and to share experiences. All are here to learn together. Stay patient because this is a long process currently running 6 - 9 months for your NOA2 approval. Then depending on your embassy, you will be dealing with backlogs.

Also note that USCIS goes by "Received date" not NOA-1:

    Example

    I-129 F Sent -  December 5, 2021

    I-129 F Received - December 9, 2021

    I-129 F - Notice Date - December 17, 2021

In this example your NOA-1 should be December 9. This will help you fill out your timeline properly.

You made a typo in the subject line. You wrote 1-129F instead of I-129F
