i sent my application on sep 20th, they got it on 25th, check cashed on oct 24th, i got the extention letter on 26th, is the extention letter a NOA or i will receive another NOA, or what ? can anybody who had a prior experiance tell how it works please....thx

hi guys, what kind of eveidence would she take against him...he said he was nice to her, he never abuse her....and everything was fine during marriage...so , what can she present as an eveidenca against him?

THX ...BUT WHAT IF SHE TELLS THE IMMIG THAT HE JUST WANTED TO GET THE GC AND NOT TO STAY MARRIED TO HER...IS THAT GONNA MAKE IMMIG TAKE ANY DECISION AGAINST HIM?

i have a friend he just got his 10 GC 2 months ago, and he is not living with his wife anymore...and he is afraid his wife will report him to the immigration service..thhen , the immig will deport him to his country, i told him now u have ur 10 GC..i don`t think immig will deport you if you don`t make troubles....now he is worried....what could you guys say about this situation.....thx guys

CONGRATS FOR THE FIRST STEP MOLDOVANDISH, U SENT UR I751 ON 14TYH, THEY GOT ON 18TH, CHECK ON 16TYH, NOA ON 18TH. IF MINE TAKE THE SAME CHRONOLOGY , IT SHOULD BE LIKE THIS, I SENT MINE ON 20TH, THEY GOT ON 25TH, PROBABLY , CHECK WILL BE CASHED ON 22ND, AND GET NOA ON 24TH ..HOPE IT GOES LIKE THIS....GOOD LUCK EVERYBODY

I THINK THE CHECK WILL BE CLEARED AFTER A MONTH FROM MAILING THE APPLICATION...THATS WHAT MOST APPLICANTS SAID

thats normal...they will call him in two weeks to get his visa...same thing ahppened to me...good luck
