based on marriage, you apply for removing condition 90 days before second anniversary of the green card issuing date and 90 days before 3rd anniversary for citizenship.

thanks kathyrin for your answers, one more question: what if you go to the interview and you are still married, but separated, i mean not living together at the same house..but still legally married, is that gonna affect anything? and ofcourse you will have evidence of marriage like bills and bank accounts and so on with you in the day of he interview.
so, what do you may happen in this case???

based on 3 years marriage

if you divorce or separate while in process of N400:
are you going to be deported?
are they gonna deny your N400 application?
is your status as an immigrat will be in danger?
can u stillbecome a citizen after the interview? (if you pass the test)
can you apply again later?
can u still have the right to apply?
and so on..and on....
thanks guys

as far as i know, other than criminal and felony problems , or any other court appearance, there is no need to put that in your application, read the guide to naturalization, they exclude the trafic test...hope that helps..
-
yes you do so they can change your status from immigrant to citizen..what is ur time line ad which service center? thanks
-
as far as i know, if you lived in the US between the age of 18-25 and u didn`t not register for the SS and you want to apply for citizenship, you have to call the SSS and get registred and send your registration number with your application..and it is a must to register if you lived here before the age of 25 as an immigrant...i don`t know what the immig officer will say if u r not registred..but it would be better to register if you want things go smooth...
anybody can corrects me if i m wrong please..
good luck

listen dolphin, immigration needs a realistic prrof of divorce or failure of marriage. they don`t believe that marriage didn`t work out.. most likelythey will send you home if you divorce and apply for removing condition...unless you provide a proof of your spouse abuses you and hurt you ...try on saving your marriage as much as you can if you can`t , go for divorce but chances of staying in usa are very weak...i hope you guys work it out....good luck

i think, while you are waiting for your interview, apply for a new passport at the embassy of your country here in usa, and see if they have the option that they can have it ready as soon as possible, they may send it to you before your interview..but you still need to take the copies of your passport to the interview...good luck
-
you need to submit evidences that you lived together and also , as you are filing thru divorce, you will have to submit evidence that she abuses you or cheated on you ...etc..then , based on your evidence they will make a decision ..
