thanks guys for your answers...i think i will write a letter explaining why we file separately..it`s just for our benefit..thats all..i will send prooves that we live together ..i m not sure yet what exactly kind of prooves they want..maybe same those i sent on removing conditions...anyway i have no issue to worry about except this point of filing separately ....thanks guys for your help...

it`s not illegal to file separately while married...there is an option on the IRS form says married but file separately ...so, is that gonna make them have doubt about the authenticity of marriage ...?

i am going to apply this coming september for citizenship, my wife and i will not file the income tax together this year and the reasons are financial ....is that gonna affect my application of citizenship? are they gonna think we don`t live together? by the way this is the first time we are gonna apply separately...we filed tax together past 3 years ...so , can anyone tell me anything about this...? thank you guys...

hi guys, i was approved on 1/10/08 , i checked my mail box last night...guess what...i found my GC woohoo....approval notice was sent on 14th, i got yesterday 17th..it took a week....i m so gladdddd..wish u all good luck..and thanks for your help guys...

Why some people have already had their biometrics done, then, after a while they receive another bio appointment letter....what is the reason uscis sends another bio letter..?? thx guys

yes, if u apply the N-400 and divorce afterwards, your application will be denied on the day of interview, your application of citizenship is based on marriage,so you have to stay married...if you divorce you have to wait 2 more years then you will apply for citizenship...

i think you are needlessly worrying, as long as your GC is not not expired yet, you have the right to travel and re-enter the US freely...

hi, you don`t need to send all those documents u mentioned...just few well chosen and organised documents will be sufficent...for example, copy of both driver license shwing same address, joint bank account, car insurance in both names, health insurance both names, taxes ..w2, credit cards in both names.. pictures of when u first get married and recent ones especially with familly...and so on....hope that helps

hi guys, i did my bio on the 12/6th it was good but i had to wait 2 hours ...my appo was at 3:00 pm i got off there at 5:00..it was in atlanta, i apllied at TSC , Transferred to CSC...i got the bio letter from CSC....anyway, everything is going good so far i sent the petition on sep 20th the bio on the 6th, 2 months and half so far....good luck everybody...

is the 10 years GC good forever, all u need is to renew it every ten years ? or you will have to apply again after 10 years..to get another one? if so will be there any other interview and bio and so on...thx guys...

not 6 ,onths, it`s 3 months before the card expires, they will send your petition back if u send it before the 90 days to the 2nd anniversary of ur green card

Hi Guys, it`s really nice of you guys helping eachother...i have my biometrics appo on 12/6/07 in atlanta, can u guys tell me how it looks like, has anyone been to this location, i sent my 751 9/20/07, received 9/25/07, get noa 10/23/07, app letter 11/17/07...it seems it s going pretty quick comparing with a lot of people applied before me...hope it keeps going on this tempo...for all the filers unexceptionally .....thx guys
