hi guys, i m getting ready to send the application for mom, i have my birth certificate translated into english, copy of citizenship certificate, money order and the I130 form. my questions are? 1- is that all i need to send? 2- there is a mispelling on my name on th translation of my Birth cert. can i just correct it or should i have another one...

my friend took his oath ceremony and he got his certificate of naturalization..but he is still worried..lol, he said..he is not sure if he answerd no on all questions in the back of the oath ceremony letter...he said he felt like he put yes by mistake on some of the questions, i told him that the immigration officers they make sure you answered no on all of them before they give your seat number unless you have been outside the country after the interview or u got divorced then u have to answer yes...and so on...

so, can u guys add anything to make him chill and relax...thanks guys

i m having my oath ceremony later this month, all i know ios to bring all immig doc i was sent in the whole process like (conditional LPR- unconditional LPR, EAD) , and wear a professional atire, be on time, fill out the the back of the letter , all answers should be no....is there anything else i need to know...thanks guys..you have been very helpful...

i have a friend, he sent his application the 2 or 3 of june, he is still waiting, he didnt receive anything from immigration, it`s been more than 2 months now, is that normal? most of people get their fingerprints letter after month,....anybody has an input???? thankssss

is there any other way you can find out about futur oath ceremonies, on the 4th of july it`s going to be 4 months after my interview and no letter yet...and i live in east Tennessee..can u find out please...thanks a lot and congrats for those who are gonn become citizens on the 4th of july

thanks lucyrich for the answers, yes it was an unintentional mistake and i wanted him to know about it so they wouldnt think i wwant to mislead them.

so, thee is no need to mention it in the oath ceremony

as for the qustions, 1- what is an amendment? 2 what is the capital of your state? 3- who vetoes bills? 4 what is th supreme law of the land? 5 who did usa fight in ww2? i forgot the last one, the sentences were, to read :goerge washington was a president, to write, washington was the first president.

he asked for tax, joint bank account, insurance in both names..credit card both names..anything ijn both names that you have..take it with you, also your driver`s lisence ...

as for the address issue: do they check the other applications we submitted before our interview for n400 so they would notice any difference??

I had my interview today at memphis office, it was a good and successful one, the officer was very very professional..he asked me the 6 questions ..got all of them right, read and write a sentence..and went through the application..corrrect a mistake i made about the date of entring the usa in one of trips oveseas..i shewd him the passport so he corrected the mistake. then he asked for updated proof of marriage as i m applying based on 3 years marriage to a USC...in all it took about 30 min...then he handed me the approvale letter.....the only thing that keeps clicking on my mind is when filling out my application i didn `t put one of the addresses i lived in in last 5 years, while i did put them in the I751 and I485, i told him about that and he said it`s not a big deal...but i m not sure if he understood me exactly...hope they won`t think i liead to them or something....

should i tell them about this in the oqth ceremony or it is not gonna be a big issue in the futur?

if you change your address, you have to inform the immigration so they would update their record, then you will receive a letter indicating the place where you need to go for the interview..
