    Husband had his biometrics yesterday and his case changed to "Case Is Still Being Processed By USCIS". I know a lot of others have this same notification. Does anyone know what this means?

    Husband filed Jan 8, 2026 and has a biometric appt for the 26th, Cincinnati, Ohio office. I assume it is a very good thing for it to move this quickly? Any thoughts? He got his conditions removed (751) in less than 30 days so we must have hit the lottery there! I just hope this last part goes as smoothly as that. Fingers crossed!

    My husband's new green card came today!

    Just checked my husband's online account and his case has been approved! New green card is processing! Now the plan is to apply for citizenship as soon as he can. I'm so shocked it happened this quickly!!

    My husband is. He can apply for citizenship in Jan and it looks like his 751 won't be finished by then. I believe they will adjudicate both at once so that's the plan.

    My husband had his biometrics appointment this morning and his status just changed to "actively reviewing". Hope that's a very good sign.

    Did it come snail mail or was it uploaded to your USCIS account?

    Got I-797C today and logged in. Biometrics appt is 2/6/25. A lot of my evidence (W-2's, bank statements), etc are uploaded to his USCIS account. I guess this is all a good sign, but still think it will be years before all this is over. We plan on filing for citizenship in about a year so I guess they will overlap.

    Mailed my husband's on Jan 7th and see that the check was cashed today. Still haven't gotten anything though.
