And Jenell & AndSam... yah, that is one of the biggest reasons I wanted to leave Atlanta after 12 years there. The crime is horrible! Our apartment complex got robbed about 8 different times in 1yr. My walmart had been robbed at the service desk and at gun point. That was my night to close but I had to work earlier that day so it was my coworker that got robbed and the cashier had the gun to her head. My SS # DOB, phone number and name had been stolen last year and used all up.... even used back in Atlanta while I've been here in Texas. We had women robbed at knife point and gun point in the walmart parking lot, alot! I've been stalked by a male when leaving a store and he tried to get inside my car with me, then when I backed out, he got into his car right across from mine and tried to follow me in the parking lot. It was wayyyyy toooo much!

Did you make a police report, also report that to the fraud department at SSA and also contact your 3 credit bureaus at www.annualcreditreport.com.. make sure you get your free report each year just to check to see if there's anything on there that shouldn't be.. I'm so sorry about the robberies and glad no one was hurt..

Good morning MENA!!! It's Friday!!! I missed posting, bummer Anyway, hello to everyone!!! Hey Jeanne, Olivia, Andrea, BBA, Charles, Aya and anyone else I may have forgotten I pray everyone is well... I had two ultrasound this week plus labwork twice now comes the bills for that$$$$$$ I'm still in pain when I sneeze or cough on my right side where maybe my kidneys are.. but the ultrasound showed nothing.. I had my gallbladder removed in 2007 after I got back from Egypt.. I was sick when I was there but I didn't know why... I really couldn't eat much, which was strange for me because I love food so I have noooooooo idea what is wrong with me but I pray they find out soon... I'm tired of being scared to sneeze because it hurts. I'm so ready to move.. there are always people shooting in the neighborhood like this morning for instance.. I had good parents and they raised me well.. I don't bother anyone and always try to help people... I mean I had just taken Autumn to school.. what if they were shooting while we were there... I called the police to patrol the area.. instead they saw my husband on the porch and starting talking to him... haven't they heard of an anonymous call what are they trying to get us killed... as soooooooooonnn as I get enough money, I'm moving, mother included.. she's too old to be going through this.. what is wrong with people

Just got back from St George.. it's a middle eastern food festival, not festival.. sorry if I misinformed anyone anyway the food is good, I love food Autumn and I will go back later at 6.. that's when Judy the camel will be there sorry Andrea.. I thought it was a "festival" not just a food festival.. I'm going to talk with someone from the Greater Birmingham Ministries and see if we(Birmingham) can have a Middle Eastern festival.. Hey Jeanne and BBA we are still waiting for habibi to be approved on his ROC they last touched it on 07/10/10(bummer).. i want it approved now so i can see that radiant smile i used to see coming from my husband.. i can tell that it's fake and that he's hurting about it we want to get on with our lives and this puts everything on hold.. he had job prospects but can't do anything until this is out of the way.. we want him to file for citizenship next year so he can get a federal job and maybe work in the same building with me.. my daughter said that she didn't get the job and said that when she called the lady was rude to her and said if we were going to hire you we would the same day, now bye!!! Brianna said that she was interviewed twice and that the other lady said they would call this week... how horrible to talk to someone that way.. i want to find that lady and talk to her, not the way that she talked to my baby but to let her know how she made her feel... it's been 2 years of trying to find work for her.. i will help her all i can, even maybe create a business for her.. just have to watch out about those business taxes .. isn't there a way to be a business without paying taxes and monthly reporting and all of that... someone please help my child.. she's a beautiful girl and very good artistic ability.. she wants to work for Disney, but couldn't get up enough money to go to the Art Institute in Atlanta or Full Sail.. they are EXPENSIVE.. i really don't want her to take out a student loan.. i've been there and done that.. not a good idea.. and we make too much for her to get a pell grant.. although i don't see any of the money before it hits the bank.. and who is this Uncle Sam man anyway, robbing people oh well, i'm rambling again .. everyone have a great Caturday (meow)

I've tried searching for this question -- but have not found any topics able to answer my question.

My AOS was approved for Green Card on July 29. but we never recieved the card. I have filed for a I-90 for a replacement.

I did not file for a work permit-thinking that the Greencard would come soon.

My question:

Can I apply for a job, when I am waiting for my Green Card to come in the mail? I should get it within 30-60days?

How can I show proof of work eligible?
