Some updates - I had my interview earlier today and I think it went well.
 
Following is the case history:
 
Oath Ceremony Will Be Scheduled.    September 27, 2021
We recommended that your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, be approved. Your case was submitted for quality review.     September 27, 2021
We scheduled an interview for your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization.     August 19, 2021
We are actively reviewing your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization. Our records showed nothing is outstanding at this time.     August 14, 2021
We received your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, and sent you a receipt notice.     August 11, 2021
 
Interview was pretty standard - English reading, writing and civics questions. I applied on the basis of five years of residency post GC. I did not have any criminal record, any travel more than 40 days, or any other complications. The office was extremely friendly and nice. Everyone in the office treated me well - right from security, to receptionist, to the office. 
 
I'm super thankful to everyone for all the help. I'm here to assist in any way possible.

If nothing has changed in your life, then don't upload anything. There's a post here of an applicant who uploaded his latest tax returns there and it increased his estimated wait time dramatically. 
If your interview is next week, just bring any new documents with you to the interview. 
 
You have the opportunity to update things at the interview (marriage /divorce, birth or a child, place of work, address, travel out of USA, etc) during my interview, the officer asked me if any of these things had changed since I applied.
 
If something major happened since you applied, like a conviction or something like that, you may want to check with a lawyer. 

I submitted 2 paper cases and also got an IOE case number. They have both been approved and I have received the info from NVC for one and the other has been sent to the NVC but I haven't received a confirmation email from NVC on the second case. Don't worry.

Also, I just got the mail with the online access code and I was able to add the case to the online account. So, all's well.

I'm so sorry that I gave you a wrong advice. Why don't just create an account first and add your case to see what happens?

You don't need access code. All you need to do is to create an account in https://myaccount.uscis.gov/ then add your IOE receipt number into your account.

Filed N400 yesterday (8/17) in Kentucky  After filing on documents there was a receipt and reuse of biometrics estimated 9 months processing
