It goes by date you submitted all required documents from beneficiary and petitioner.
So, if you uploaded final required document (taxes or I-864 on 03/14) that is the date they went by...
Also, police clearance, marriage certificate, passport photo, birth certificate...
This is my understanding. If you uploaded additional documents 03/14 (something you missed but wasn't explicitly asked for= e.g proof of domicile or proof of employment) maybe they went by 03/10...
this is the date I submit all documents. So you guys can try to see

Doesn't it go by last required document submitted? When was that?
I think it go by the day you submit your Ds-260.
Because I submit my ds-260 03/09 and my last submission was 03/10 and 03/14. -

Yes, it is fine and he can provide your new address both at the interview and again when using the visa to enter the US, so the will have the correct address to send the green card and Social Security card.
Thank you Sr.

NVC will not send anything in the mail. They will communicate via email. Did you put your husband's physical address as if he is inside the US?
No but they ask where he is going to stay in the us and I put my adress

I do have one question if you could please help me.
I’m thinking about moving from my apartment at the end of my lease. But we Just send out ours documents to NVC and waiting. So my curent adress is what I put on the ds260 for my husband and I don’t know if I could move or notbecause I don’t want to loose his documents when he will be here.
my question is
can I move or stay until he come before we can move. Cause I don’t know if we can still change the adress with NVC or after with the embassy.
thanks. -
Thanks for you reply.
I have seen that they require hand print signature. I still have to print it right? -
Please I need help about this form I-864ez.
I’m trying to filling out the form online but it won’t let me put my employment status. Should I print it out then file it with a pen then scan it back to the nvc account.
thanks -

PD I-130 10/14/2021, K-3 11/01/2021, as of 02/20/2022 we are on actively being reviewed.
1 hour ago, shytown said:For those of you that filed an application for K3, can you please provide more details on your experience so far? I am considering it, now that we're going on 6 months waiting, but I did some research and it is generally advised not to apply for it since the approval on K3 might take 6+ months on its own. What do you guys think?
My Pd: 09/24/2021
I file K3 and they received on 02/10 but sent it back to me on 02/15 because I forgot to sign it with pen on my own since I file on pdfFiller I sign with it thinking that they will accept it. I sent it back on February 18. But my status changed on active review February 19 then another active review on February 25 then I login to my USCIS account then found my approval letter on the document tab.
so all of this to say that you can file k3 if you want too. It took me a lot of time to file for it just because I have been listen to what everyone kept saying about it.
It doesn’t hurt to apply it my help on your case cause when they will receive your application something may change on the I-130. -

I know it is against policy on this board, but I 100% agree with the need for a Google Spreadsheet. I'm on a Canadian-immigration-relevant forum that tracks cases via a Google Spreadsheet, and it is super easy to get a quick idea of when one should expect progress in their case. Granted, USCIS seems to be a totally mixed bag on I-130 approval dates, but one stat I sense is ever-more-relevant, is if someone files their I-129F/K3 application after or with their I-130. It's a bit clunky to search the timeline database for this data.
Congratulations to you
and good luck for the rest of the processes
