His vaca is really short - only like 5 days. Persoanlly, I'd wait until he returns. Cos if it doesn't work for him, he'll only be more depressed. Just MHO, of course.

Let's hope it moves that quickly, although I forgot to look and see what number you were on bszooms last list on the 12th. I was #79 on 10/5 and moved to #61 on 10/12. Don't know where I would be now, but I wish we could get an actual list from USCIS. Who knows how many more are pending that don't even know about this site.

I think I was 108 on 12th...and about 30 people were approved since...so that´s how I did the math Though I was just looking at the statistics and I am not sure there is everybody on bszooms list...Only for unapproved May filers it still gave me a number around 67 and as for June filers around 110 are still waiting for their approval...I am in the middle of June so I should be a bigger number than 76...

Why can´t they just finish May filers already? That´s rediculous...I gave them a week for to do that like two or three weeks ago

I don´t see the posts when I click on the topic anymore...I just see the links to the posts...I can´t even read the last post I posted cuz when I click on it, it just goes to the first original post in the thread and if I try to click to go to the last page of the thread it doesn´t do anything

Does anyone know of anyone getting their medical and police check done before NOA2 and packet 3 arrival? My guy is going to be here with me during our estimated / guesstimated approval time and I dont want to hold things up if he can get them done early. Our plan is to have his parents mail packet 3 to Las Vegas and we will finish all the paperwork together.

Can he do the medical at least in the U.S. ??

You´d probably have to ask your Embassy but on USCIS website there is a list of civil surgeons where you can get your medical for adjustment of status. So you can ask the Embassy, if that medical would be valid for your K1 interview too. And please let us know what they say

I do not know how much more of this waiting I can take. I thought for sure I would see an approval today but once again I am very disappointed. Today I feel really down. I am at day 148 today. USCIS please send my approval today. Approve all May filers now.

I know you you feel Scott and Marta. I used to think the same thing. At one time that date was pretty accurate but with the way USCIS has gotten all backed up, it really does not seem to mean anything. If you notice, some people have passed their VJ date by weeks, so obviously it cannot be a reliable indicator of adjudication time.

Aaaaaaaa I don´t want it to go past that date!

I am feeling a bit down today...I just keep thinking we should get approved within a month...but I have been thinking that for a month already...and the predicted date on the timeline here just keeps moving all the time and it´s now in a month from now again...always in a month...so it´s like it´s never coming

i have a question what number do you called to find out your case number? Do you used the RFE trick. When i call they always say this 90 days till NOA1 bullshit and that they cannot look for a petition in the system without a case number. What information do you give them to look for your petition?

David, if you paid with a check you can check the back of the cancelled check and it has the receipt number on it. That's one way to find it out.

We called them and they looked us up in the computer and told us our number. After that we registered on the website..
