We, too, hit a glitch - ours was oddly "resolved" by using a Mac instead a Windows computer. Submitted Dec 22nd so fingers crossed we get something in the mail soon. One downside is that we have not been able to see the new case in the account after submitting it that first day. Apparently this is common and we'll have to wait until the receipt comes for us the manually link it.😑

So - we were going to go thru all of those motions as well until we pulled a "hail mary"....instead of submitting from a Windows-based computer, we redid the entire application from a Macbook, BOOM - accepted it without issues AND was able to sign "digitally" (was our actual signatures, something Macs allow when filling a PDF. Thanks for responding regardless! I'm sure this will help others facing the same issues!

Has anyone been given issues with uploading and it says the pages are not in order? We've double checked the barcode, triple checked and reprinted, rescanned and STILL getting this error. Any successes?

Hi - My husband is finally here on a marriage visa (CR-1). At the end of this year, he'll be starting the process of removing conditions. I (USC) have not changed my last name due to his culture not having a "family" name, (the husband's first name becomes the wife's last name). Will this cause an issue with him getting his conditions removed because we don't have the same last name? All documents involving both of us have my name as it always has been, including when I petitioned for him. (I believe he is afraid because of the new administration that this will cause issues) Thanks in advance for any and all responses!
