@Yuliya.99, my russian fiancee is also having the same issue with Schengen visa. We are trying to get a visa via Greece or Hungary. Giving up is not an option!!!!

@Yuliya 99, We were in the same boat as you a couple of months ago. My Russian fiancee and I emailed several US embassies in the former USSR-countries (Kazakhstan, Armenia, Georgia) seeking a transfer of our K-1 case from the US embassy in Moscow. We were not accepted. It was only the US embassy in Poland that accepted our case. So, i suggest you email several US embassies to increase your odd of getting accepted.

I have had emails from the embassy answered through the immigrantvisaswarsaw@state.gov address. It does take a few days to get a response.
