Took exactly 7 days. I emailed the embassy to see if they typically knew but they avoid these questions I feel like.
Now that the case is at the embassy we shall see how long it takes for them to DQ it so we can book an interview
-
Normally how long does it take to transfer an expedited case to the embassy? When I check the status it still says “at nvc” and not “in transit”.

Congrats and thank you for the update! I submitted June 30th so finally getting closer!
No problem, I wish everyone the best of luck. Its hard packing up everything and leaving your wife and child behind until they can join me in the states. Guess its part of being a government drone...

Finally!!! -- I received the email from NVC today, it states the following:
Dear Sir/Madam:
Your request for expedited processing of this immigrant visa petition is under review. We will send you the result when it is completed.
Please note: Only the U.S. Embassy or Consulate can approve or deny expedite requests.
Please do not send any repeat requests. It may delay the response time.
However, if you do not receive a response within 30 days, please follow up by email to nvcexpedite@state.gov.
Its usually a 2-3 day response back on the expedite as well.

I also received an email back today from my original email dated 16 June. That email didn't have details as I was just approved at USCIS so I sent another with all the info they asked for in the generic reply email on the 21st of June. They basically just replied back saying to submit an inquiry through their website on how to send an expedite. Should be getting a reply back from the 21 June email soon.

This week marks the 8th week since I sent in the first email on Monday, June 14th. I’ll just give up if I don’t hear anything by Friday.
All the best!
It honestly should be this week for a reply back based on others experience. As long as your embassy is accepting them as well
-
We sent an expedited request first on the 16th as an inquiry but then on the 21st of June with the actual proof (military orders to PCS back to states). A friend at work sent his the 4th and got approved already and now at the embassy. I'll update when I hear back but it seems 7 weeks for a reply back is the going rate currently with the NVC expedites

Hi,I got email with approval to expedite yesterday 20th July ,I submitted request on the 28th May so well over a month for a decision:
Request for Expedite submitted 28th May
Reviewing Request for Expedite 15th July
Review Complete (Approved) 20th July
Thank you. I saw a similar timeframe on a fb group so this helps a lot. Roughly 8 weeks now for sure and well past the 30 business days they auto reply.

Who has recently gotten approved for an expedite and when did you submit for it? We submitted June 21st but haven't heard anything. Trying to get a rough estimate

We filed in April 2021. Initially it was showing NSC, but I checked today, and there is no mention of any service center at all 😮
".... we received your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number IOE##########, and sent you a receipt notice or acceptance notice. The notice describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."
Thoughts? Is it normal?
I'm thinking they probably changed it to reflect a non-specific service center. Only real way to find out nowadays is to chat with a rep on Emma or call. They can look further into it and find out. Mine showed Nebraska the entire time online but the agent said Texas which is where they sent my expedite too because it had a tscxxxxxxx ref number

Nevermind, opened it with adobe acrobat and it sums them on 1f. It won't have that feature filling the form on a webpage

It will change auto. Did you put "1" on Pat 4, 1c?
sure did. Didn't count my wife as she's already counted on 1a. so its like this
1a - 2
1b - "blank"
1c - 1
1d - "blank"
1e - "blank"
1f - 2 *won't edit*

There is a row to include ur daughter in the household size, try again. Total will be 3 then.
It won’t let me change the total on the fillable doc. It’s stuck on 2. I can probably play with it on Adobe but yea

It's saying one of the three conditions is if your sole income is as shown by W2, you can use i864z. It is not asking you to submit w2 in place of tax return transcripts.
Ahh gotcha. Noticed it won’t let me change the amount of people I’ll be supporting either. It’s stuck on 2 but we have a daughter together that’s a citizen already
-
I'm filling out the I-864EZ. I'm using tax transcripts instead of W2 but question 1.b references using the W2. Can I still use this form? I assume so but wanted to double check

Congrats. I have not shared this as I was not ready but I was pregnant and had a pretty traumatic miscarriage due to stress and health issues and asked to expedite so my husband could be here to help and was denied. I am the petitioner.
I’m so sorry to hear that. I wish they would grant more expedites but they seem to have their select reasons and won’t budge on others.

What was your reason for expedite?
I (beneficiary) have medical conditions and they wouldn't even let us submit documentation and denied it.
Military PCS with a child. Claimed financial, I’ve heard they denied it before but i think children weigh heavily with that reasoning
i would try again with medical. If it’s serious enough they may approve it

Did you ever get notification that the expedite request was assigned to someone?
I got an email saying my expedite met requirements and it will be adjudicated within 45 days.
