When to pay the MRV fee will depend on the instructions from the consulate.  Your fiance will need to bring the documents to the visa interview.

Thank you Chancy! I wonder does that include  sending the Affidavit of Support  by mail to my fiancé to take to the interview  because on the Dominican Website, it only shows the fee for $235. It doesn’t have a fee for the Affidavit. I just want to make sure I’m doing it the right way

That is not the process for K1.  K1 do not need invoice ID because there's no need to login to the CEAC portal and no need to submit documents via CEAC.  Payment of MRV fee for K1 should be done following the instructions from the interviewing consulate, possibly posted on the USTravelDocs portal.  Required documents should be submitted directly to the consulate, typically on the day of the visa interview.

Okay thank you for that information. My last questions are after signing up to the usdoc site, do we have to wait until the application is Ready to pay the fees? And will I have to send the documents electronically or send them with my fiancé?

    Mid day (may 27th 2022) update :

    Count Status
    27 Case Was Approved
3 Request for Additional Evidence Was Sent
2 Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction
    1 Expedite Request Denied
1 Date of Birth Was Updated
    34 Total

From WAC2190069000 to WAC2190083000 (except the expedite denied - that one is from June).

Do you have a specific total of touched/untouched for WAC2190079500 by any chance?

Looks like March 2021 has the most cases touched today since Jan 18.  Keep the faith my friends!  I hope it will get better.  I will try to run 70000.

That sounds awesome. We are almost in the doorway my friends. I really do appreciate this group. We have gone through the ups and downs of the process together and we are so close to having our loved ones home. I’m here visiting mine now and just told him that (fingers crossed) we should all be hearing back from the USCIS soon.
