    Hi all, We had our interview scheduled for next week and we recieved notice that it was cancelled/descheduled. The notice also mentions it is “applicant with attorney” our case is pretty straight forward and we don’t have an attorney. We have 70+ docs uploaded (bank acct 4 years, taxes 4 years, lease, insurance etc). Any recommendations/advice? We tried calling and they were vague on the phone. N400 Interview Descheduled Applicant With Attorney

    Pretty common to not hear anything. Most people are just moving forward with the N-400 (citizenship), and getting that faster, and then the I-751 being closed out (received by other means).

    You should apply for citizenship if eligible. You will probably receive that sooner ans then the ROC will be closed out (received by other means).

    Hi there, Thank you, I’m getting conflicting info / stating you need an approved I-130 before you file for I-485, and/or you file together.

    Hi all, Is the form I-130 required? So once your fiancé comes over, you get married, can you just file for the I-485 (and other forms) without filing form I-130? Or do you have to file together?
