All agent took from me was my Alien Registration number, DOB etc. I did upload my citizenship certificate in the portal just if IO needs to verify.  How long does does it take to reflect upgrade status approximately for members here?  I'm also sure now my case has been landed at VSC because service number he provided had VSC at the end. I filed on Feb 16, so waiting for 3 and half months and I know it's going to be a lonngg wait.

No, unfortunately we had to resubmit one doc and add another. The resubmitted one still shows the original date of 30 April and the new one was 8 June. Responses in another thread indicate that the subsequent reviews have taken anywhere from 5 days to a month or more so it will be interesting to see when they get back to us. Good luck!

I was also told last date but from experience I think it might depend on which forms/documents you submit when. We submitted our DS-260 on April 30th and everything else by May 5th. NVC reviewed everything last Friday and then only on Monday updated the website to say they were reviewing documents submitted 30 April 2021. I wonder if the DS-260 triggers the review date as it is the actual IV application that results in the CEAC confirmation being generated.

I'm encountering a problem in my ceac account. On the AOS section, whenever I click on 'NOT SUBMITTED', it redirects me to the civil documents page. Even when I'm trying to click on 'AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT & FINANCIAL EVIDENCE', nothing happens, it goes nowhere, remains on the same civil documents page. Has anyone run into the same problem?

Hello everyone.

Just so you know, today my husband got an email from the USCIS mentioning our I-130 being upgraded from f2a to cr1 successfully. The reviewing took 10days after calling them. 😊

Did you submit the screenshot of the page saying they don't provide pcc to non residents?

Did nvc accept your submitted file?

FYI, I also lived in Saudi Arabia for a long time and left for good, plus don't have the pcc.
