Hello!
Filed in OCT and moved , filed a change of address form and got an email from USCIS in Minneapolis confirming the change. My profile however just updated the mailing address but not the physical.
When you guys got your interview notice did you get it through the portal or does it only come by mail I am just curios.
Thank you
I moved in Feb and only got an email notice until after my interview was scheduled. If it didn't update the physical address I'd put in another request.
Interview notice came through the mail but did go into the portal about 2wks later.

Congratulations... Did you ask or did they share with you any information in regards to when they will actually schedule ceremonies?
I asked and he shrugged and said "with covid....🤷♂️"

Awesome...that is so glad to hear.
Happy to have helped - that what we are all here for.
Unfortunately I am still going through it 🙄🤯😑
Still?! I wish you the best of (speedy) luck, you more than deserve it 🤞🙌

Hey everyone. Had my interview on 04/27. They ended up not wanting to see my husband or letting him back for the pending I-751 lol. I'm still glad I brought him though...just in case.
My case is complicated because I actually had my greencard rights terminated after we missed the filing deadline when our lives went crazy.
I went back and he did the N-400 test right away, I got the first 6 right and English test no problem. He said he didn't care to see my husband because we front loaded so much & our relationship speaks for itself after 12 years & living together in 2 countries. Did take the paperwork for the house we just bought & 2020 taxes.
He said if it was up to him he'd approve on spot - but because my terminated green card they had to make sure I was never in formal removal proceedings. He said it'd be a few days, don't panic & to stay off google. That was 04/27 and I had both cases approved yesterday 🙌

Hi I'm the original poster but lost access to my account. I just wanted to thank @mindthegap so much. I had my citizenship and pending I-751 approved yesterday. I was never in formal removal so had both approved. Thank you for the help. I managed to do it with your advice & no lawyer.
Interview was a breeze, he didn't want to speak to my husband at all. Said the relationship speaks for itself after 12 years & living together in 2 countries. Said they understand why I filed late. Did the N400 interview and he said as soon as they confirm I wasn't ever in removals I'd be approved. Interview 04/27, approval 04/30.

I tried to do the USCIS request for outside processing times and at the end it failed for application is still within normal processing times.
I assume for Minneapolis the standard processing time is 29+ months
I'm assuming it's because I have a N400 interview scheduled already...do you? I also wrote in the notes that I knew I wasn't outside of processing times yet, but that I had to arrange childcare for 2 medically complicated kids and drive 6hrs each way, so if they could do them together I'd really appreciate it. They emailed that to me less than a week after I submitted it. I got lucky & had a nice person on the other end.

DO BRING your husband with you! SO I asked here and people just bring their spouses when they have a pending i751, I did not want to be in this spot especially after the CO in the MN office did tell me when you get the N400 Notice bring your wife, I wanted some reassurance so I called USCIS and was told the same as they told you. BUT I did politely ask the officer on the phone if there is something he can, like maybe forward my i751 to MN, or try to give me any guidance, he transferred me to someone else that asked me if I had an urgent matter, I said no, I do not, but I am burnt out and been waiting for 2 years, I said I want to feel free to travel and have my documents sorted out I also mentioned that in good faith I did notify USCIS back in 2018 about their mistake and was honest to apply myself to become a CR1 instead of the IR1 they gave, the officer said: True,,,,I see you were permanent and then went to conditional, how is that? I explained. the officer said I will check what I can do but it is at the discretion of your office, if they can handle both interviews.
Today, just minutes ago, I got a USCIS letter in the mail (it is not on my account yet) Notifying me that I will have a combo interview!
Thanks for chiming in! Do you have any advice to get past the auto emma system on the phone line? I've only managed to get through it once 🤬 It's infuriating...it just tells me "we can't transfer your call to a representative so I'm ending the call. Have a good day!" over and over...doesn't matter what I say or ask or press.
I know that my I-751 is currently sitting in the MSP office because it was transferred. I'm 🤏 to just putting in a request online that it's outside normal processing times...which it is...But I don't want to mess up my N400.The issue for us is to find childcare during interviews because we have 2 special needs children. They sure don't make this easy on us 😫

Well, I finally got through to a human this morning. They said the cases aren't linked together in the system so he doesn't need to come with me 🤷♀️
Bad news is he also said that even with the N-400 it'll "be months" before the I-751 is closed and that at that time, that'll require a joint interview. So...I have no clue. Didn't sound right so I might just call back later lol

I think it’s required if your I-765 is pending. Take a look at the notice
I did before posting, it doesn't mention anything about it.

Just found the thread here! Had another account but outlook won't send me the password...🙃
Put in an address change 3 weeks ago and got my interview scheduled letter on Friday. Surprised to only get a months notice? A bit worried because I also have a pending i-751 which was filed late but was accepted. Should my husband come with me for the interview or should I call and ask them? 6 hr drive each way with 2 toddlers sounds less than ideal!

Thanks!
I'm curious too if it's faster because I don't currently have a valid greencard? I have a stamp in my passport that he said was done incorrectly 🙃
Disappointing to have been doing immigration this long & not able to bring my family to the very last part. Damn covid.
