So we got a noa in March 2 week after filing, they said they going to use last year biometrics and then this update on case June 4 no interview yet but we go and we have a lawyer on our side also.  

We had a update status on case actively reviewing case,. How long before it is approved can anybody give us light for the tunnel 🙂🙂

Spamming dont have time fot that, nobody mentioned 3 months i just niw it will be longer than that

So we have decided with professional advice from lawyer to not file motion to reopen which would more likely get denied again, we will save 675.00 from not filing and then get a letter to apper in court. At this time which looks like at least 3 month wait and by that time i will have the opportunity to present my case and positive aspects to the judge. I believe our case will be approved. So anyone else went through this same scenario please give information on this topic thanks Vjers

Thanks again so yes i didnt gave an attorney at the time of rfe. So yes i sent the evidence with just a couple w2 from 2019, which i had just filed taxes also plus it was done in a hurry and no attorney. Its hard to keep your focus when u have a new wife freaking out also. 

I know im backtracking but i was approved on my i 129f.  I believe they asked me my income on that form. So why do they need more income proof. Anyways all this is so suffocating and i feel my mind starting to seperate from itself lol lol have good day I NEED A BIKE RIDE TODAY 

Ok so this is what im getting from all this is EITHER get a JOINT SPONSOR or start all OVER or give up lol sorry i don't give up easily to many scars on me to prove my hardships Well i guess if she was coming from mexico it would be fine and free omg, but not for the tax paying law abiding citizen. My wife has been here since jan 2020 and did she BECOME a Public Charge? No because ive been working and paying taxes and taking care of wife. public charge what a joke word they use.

Yes wife got an ead card and a ssn but then was denied two weeks later has me stumped

So i called my lawyer and explained that getting a sponsor looking dim, so i suggestesd to still file motion to reopen and use my current gross income x 26 and that would put me at 26 k she said it would still get denied?

We r on limited time screen 30 DAYS to reply or file motion to reopen

Again can the president of my work write me a employment verification with the numbers and can i file for motion yo reopen, just in case i cant find sponsor bit were trying 110%

So this is my plan,I make say 1000 gross every 2 weeks times 26 weeks which equals 26,000 so if i cant find a sponsor this is what they get. Sound good Vjers give me input on ideas please thanks

Yeah i know that , but its not like they gonna run up in ya house and have dinner lol. Ice got people all scared. Well my only option is to have my employer show MY CURRENT AGI and if that dont work THEM !!!

Can i have my employer give a statement of earnings for my current work year to show enough $$ for affidavit of support, im having a problem getting a joint sponsor by the 17 th of june running  out of options help please
