Ok everyone, It's my turn-------Approved, not just a approval, but a California Approval from October 9th filler. I couldn't sleep and checked my email, and it came at 10pm at night. I saw a touch earlier in the day. Hope others get a great Valentines present as Lyuba and I did.

we are one the last one left im really sad i just want this first part to be over i know you all know how i feel its so hard to be away from your love one it really hurt so much i just hope this first part is over soon .

Yeah,I know how you feel...All we can really do now is think that it is not a permanet,its just a temporarly waiting...So,Stuartx, hang in there and I really hope that by end of this month we all will have NOA2 ..I really hope so...

What is the matter with this people?? I havent seen any NOA2's in awhile for VSC, have they taken a vacation again. I'm going over 110 days since my NOA1 today and this is getting abnoxious. I havent got touched since November 1st. Does anyone know if they are working of the "end of October" filers yet?

We dont have news as well...But it was 7.35AM at VSC but last update alredy changed...They touched us twice,but case status still pending.. Strange..I wonder if uscis work that early...

i have the paper work if i need to get them but I'm going to wait i may call the vsc though that should not hurt anything.

applewow, why your I-129F was rejected the first time? i just read that in your signature!

There were few errors on I129F form..We didnt make it correct in a first place..

I see from looking at the timelines that Philip & Adelfa, who filed at CSC on October 3rd, have received their NOA2!! Congrats Philip & Adelfa! I am so excited, I think this is the first CSC October filer approved. I'm going to be checking the online system obsessively from now on!

There are more october files have been approved today..

Jeff USC, your post really brought me some good feeling! I was guessing we probably get the NOA2 in march or april, now I feel a lot better to hear u guessed it would be before end of Feb!

I hope things start to move soon.......I think they will. I was originally hoping that us October filers would receive our NOA2's by the end of February. I am keeping my fingers crossed. Good Luck to all!
