Yes,only Vermont and Calicornia Service Centers are processing I-129F applications... Your petition will be resent to a right mailing address from Nebraska, and once Service Center receive your paperwork they will send a notice of action-NOA1 to your fiancee's address...I think just because your fiancee sent it to Nebraska Service Center it will take a little while for you guys to receive NOA1...But I dont think it will be too long...Maybe a couple of weeks longer...

If your blood pressure is low now imagine how much lower it was before you started the K visa journey ... seriously though, flights will do that to you ... get some champagne into you when your interview goes successfully and you'll be right as rain!!!
Congrats jeraly ... give 'em hell!!!
Yeah..Usually my blood pressure is 120/70...Today on medical it was 95/65...I told them that I had sleepless nights, just on 1 of April came back from Seoul, and had for about 6 cups of tea with limon in a plan ....They said its okay and eat chocolate...
-
Passed my medical today.
.Everything is okay, but my bllod pressure a little low..
I said it could be because of a long flight from Korea to Uzbekistan...Well.they'said its not a problem...
So...now we are waiting for Tuesday, for my interview...
We are both so nervious!!

Damn, people,I really dont know what to do...
I got an email today from the us embassy in Tashkent saying,,
Dear Ms. Lee,
Please be advised that per your fiancee's request your appointment is
rescheduled for April 8, at 8 a.m.
Sincerely,
Consular Section,
United States Embassy,
Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
Tel: +998 71 140 22 17
Fax: +998 71 120 5448,,
They scheduled my appointment because Alvin got order and senator called them to expedite me interview date...But we asked someday between April 14-18...
Damn,I got my plain ticket from Soeul to Tashkent on 8 of April...
Tomorrow I will go and try to change my flight date for this coming Tuesday...
I cant explain how I fell now..I am happy and exited, but in the same time....i am afraid I wont have a time to prepare....
Ohhhhhhhhhhhh.......

It varies by consulate. Vancouver asks you to fax back to them the first part of DS-230 as well as the checklist they send. Everything else you bring with you to the interview. This is different from what Halle posted about London, except that they too want the part I of DS-230 asap. There should be instructions in packet 3 telling you exactly what needs to be sent to the consulate (and how--fax or mail) and what needs to be brought to the interview.
As for the best way to contact your consulate, check the embassy info or embassy reviews section or ask on the regional forum. You might be able to find scanned copies of the packet 3 checklists there--this is how I know what is going to be in our packet 3.
In letter that they sent me they attached files with
Police_Certificate.pdf
Document_requirements_for_K1K2.pdf
DS_230.pdf
I0134.pdf
Instruction_to_DS_230_ru.pdf
Map_to_Clinic.pdf
MEDICAL_EXAM_INFO_rus.pdf
Photo_rules__rus_.doc
I believe they wont send me a packet 3...

Thank toy,Luciansgirl...
It fells good to know that you almost there...
I wish you luck with NVC as well...
It wont be long and you will know your SO's interview date too...
Damn,it a month to go...but I am already nervios...
What is gonna be with me a day before interview???
-
Oh...Thank you guys...
We will find out...
Today I got reply from us embassy in Tashkent
,,Our office has recieved your approved I-130 petition. Your interview is
scheduled for April 22 at 8 a.m.
Please find attached the list of required documents for the interview. ,,
Strange...We filed I129F,not I-130...
I hope they mistyped...and didnt mean somebody else...
The reason why I asked about packet 3 is because I am in South Korea now,and planing to fly back to Tashkent on 8 of April...So,I just wanted to make sure that I will have a time to send them back everything they need,go and pass interview and move on with my life and go and get married to a man who I love to death...
-
I think I am missunderstanding something...
When looked at the timelines I saw that embassy
has to send packet 3 and I have to send it back to them...
Dont understand what do I have to send back??
I thought all forms and documenst I have to bring for the interview...
-
Congratulation on the new approvals...
-
Our docs were rcvd by NVC today!
Congratulations!!!
I hope it wont be long and your doc.will be send to the embassy pretty soon...
We called ys embassy in Tashkent again, and they keep saying us that their consular section didnt get any documents yet.But I know that they received it on March 20...
And they are being rude...
Does someone know how to find Consul's contact's information ? Just to email him/her directly or call..
-
Luciansgirl, yes, I heard that few people had a NVC delay in similar russian forum...
I would't try it,I better go to consulate and get the papers I need from there and ask them to
send me email...
Maybe somebody else can say for sure...
-
I have to change my SO's address before it leaves NVC so I'm gonna call everyday.
I do hope CSC sends NVC our docs soon and we don't have to wait much longer!!!
You know,I heared that when you let NVC know about changing of address it will take more longer to process your petition...A few months longer...
Just dont want your being delay...
-
Ohh...Thank you...
I found our petition on DHL website...
It says Arrived at DHL facility on 3/19/2008..
But nobody signed for it yet...
Thank you guys....We will call embassy tomorrow again...
-
I also got mine on the 13th
Congratulations!!!
We called US embassy in Tashkent and they said that
it can take as much as a month for them to receive a petition
from NVC
...Thats bullshit!!!

takes just 3-5 days for them to receive the paperwork...
Damn ...My SO got order and he is going to be deployed...
We gonna call them back Friday again and move from there...

Meridien,Good news..Wish you easy interview...
Just like mine was......
OK...My interview was not easy...it was tooo easy
Once I got there Usbek lady took my paperwork(divorce degree, crim records from Korea and Uzbekistan,Affidavit,W-2 2007,DS-156K,DS-156,DS-230 and DS-230 Part 2 tshe gave back to me and said if consular officer will ask me,I have to give that to her)...
I paid 131$ and she said I have to wait for a little while...After 20 minutes they called my name ..US consular officer-pretty young woman directly gave me DS-156K to put a signature and said that my visa is approved and I have to marry my Al within next 90 days...I was like ...wait a minute...I wanted to tell them how we met,etc...She just said that she knows everything and how we met,and that we lived together for a while..She wished me luck and said that she thank my man for serving USA...(I was so proud) and that I have to come back Thursday and pick up my passport with visa....
Guys....I want to thank all of you for help and support...We were sharing our experience, were worring about each other...Just THANK YOU ALL...
I wish to all who is going to have an interview soon luck!!!
