I'm so impressed by and jealous of those folks who got EAD same day, I wonder why that happens for some folks and for others it takes months? They seem so random...

I took a look at your timeline and looks like we both sent the package on the same week. I got my biometrics appointment scheduled yesterday too! 
 
USCIS received my package on November 29th and I got the firsts physical NOA Monday Dec 5th. I would recommend you to ask Emma about it on the USCIS website. 
 
 

November filer for AOS here, we mailed it November 28th,  we just received our NOA 1 Dec 2, my question is I noticed our case number prefix starts with IOE, what service center would that be?

I think the NVC said they are no longer taking up calls or responding to enquiries in order to address the backlog they are having..
 
You just have to wait a little , they will send you an email with your case number when they send the case to the US consulate in Lagos ..
At least the backlog in lagos has been reduced ..so your case should be on Transit to lagos as soon as possible..
