    Based on my understanding, filing a form I130 for a spouse requires two interview. First interview is when the case is at the USCIS stage and that interview is for the petitioner. And the second interview is for the beneficiary and it’s when the case proceeds through the NVC stage and go to the US embassy. Right or wrong? I am doing AOS and my marriage is less than 2 years and we don’t have any kids yet!

    Quick question, I filed I130 petition for my wife on August, 2022; and I know that I am still far away from the approval!! But what I have seen from your post is that your cases gets approved without having an interview with the USCIS officer, right? And if so, how come?? Thank you an advance!

    I don't think a thread for the August 2022 I-130 filers has been started so I wanted to take the initiative and be able to talk to people in the same boat as me!
