Are you talking about submitting a petition or going through an interview at the consulate?

It seems to me that the first option is suitable for spouse visas, which create an account on CEAC and upload all documents online.

Elena, NVC received my case. noa2 August 28 (26 on paper form). I sent a request on Sunday and received a response today.

Elays, do you have your approval?! because I just checked the numbers from my day (noa1 june 28) and 4 cases from August 14th and 15th RFEr were approved! and even my custom case with evidence about the petitioner's ex-wife. 13 days from RFEr. Elays, thank you very much for your support!!!

I think 99% will approve of you. As far as I understand, criminal RFEs are very frequent and well approved. You must think that everything will be fine with you, because my situation is non-standard and the probability of denial is much higher. and when you think that everything is bad with you, then my chances become much lower. so let's hope and not think about the bad.
