Good evening everyone, Please I need to clarify something with you real quick. My fiance came in with one of his children and they are both in the process to submit 1-485 applications. My question is, do we need to fill a packet solely for her. Secondly, I will be filling the form for her if she has to... does she need to sign Applicant section? I believe I will be filling the preparer's section. Lastly, does she have to use her dad's A number on her packet or we leave it blank? Thank you.

Page 2:- (19) Travel Document Number used at last arrival. Page 4 and number 4 : Priority Date from Underlying Petition (if any): is this applicable to K1 and if so, where can I find it... If some parts are not applicable, do we leave them blank or put N/A. For example, same page 4, have you ever applied for an immigrant visa... the answer is No... If yes, there are spaces to fill out. Should we leave them blank as it states, if you answered Yes, complete item Number 2a. -4 below. He has no middle name and we left it blank. But nolo.com states that if you leave it blank, USCIS will return the forms back to you. Thanks for your help.
