Hi everyone I have a question about the W2 form we've gotten a slip saying that we have to submit all Federal income tax documentation submitted to the Internal Revenue Services for the most recent tax year. This includes the most recent federal income tax return.

So, are they saying that they need the 2007 W2 form and transcripts. But we only submitted the W2 forms for 2004, 2005, and 2006. I guess they want the transcript for 05, 06, and 07, along with the W2 forms. Do you think that I can only send the W2 form for 2007. I hope someone can help me with this please. Thank You

Hi everyone, well we got the request papers and they told us that we have to send them a copy of my husbands I-94, visa page of his passport, birth certificate, and an I-864 Affidavit of Support. But we made copies and gave it to them, I guess that they propably lost the papers or something. But anyway I was looking at the forms of Affidavit of Support and I saw that they have to forms of them. Which one do I need to print out is it the I-864A, I-864EZ, I-864W, or the one that says I-864. I hope someone can be able to help me with this. Thanks

We received an email not too long and they said that they have mailed us a request for additional information. I though we've sunt them everything that they need, we followed the guidelines very carefully. Hi Im very new to this site and I have been looking at this site for a while and i love it and I do have a questions about my forms I-485 and I-765 and we overnite it on Friday to Chicago, IL and we track the number and it said that it was received yesturday at 9:49pm. I was wondering do the postman deliver on Sunday? But when he delivered my package the person sign it as well. Do you think that they have my package did they get it this morning. It really pains me that you have to go through this. People talk about me when they found out that I was engage to an africian. They said that I was marrying out of my race. But, Im black and he's black. Sometimes I have to overlook them like Jesus said that they are thrown about like a sheep without a shepard. Remember what God said for us to marry and become fruitful. He didnt say marry in our race he said marry. So as long as you know that, and you did what God want you to do who cares what other people think. So, just keep you head up and continue what your doing, always remember it wont be long before your husband to with you.
