We are family and we will help you any way we can. But as for me, my finance (at the time) we brought his pictures to the interview and it was successful. Our pictures were like a wedding cermoney. Well I guess it all depends on the person who interview. But if you would like I can email you the pictures and show you my pictures. Take care

  2. Thanks so much ADMIRE or the reply. Sorry it took so long for the reply but I was in the hosiptal for 3 days and now I'm home and I decided to take a look on visa journey. That is what I told my friend that when she go and talk to her attorney she should ask him and make sure she get the orginal copy of the divorce decree. Like i told her just be careful. When I sponser my husband to the USA I had now problem at all. When he went for his interview they took his passport and then a couple days later he got his visa, and he been in the USA since. Thanks

  3. Thanks everyone fro your comments. But I'm not sure if he put married on his application. I will find out when I get back to work on Friday. He's has been living here in the USA for 5 years, he has 2 kids, and his wife is living here as well. The only think I told her is to be careful.

  4. Hi everyone, I have a friend who is about to get married to a Nigerian in the USA. But she thinks that when he got married in Nigeria 15 years ago, she thinks that he never got a divorce, and they are about to get married next week. Do anyone know if immingration will find out if he is still married in Nigeria or do he have to get a divorce before they get married here in the USA. Please I hope someone can help her. Thanks

  5. I am so sorry you have to go through this, but the good thing is that you are on a very good site. I remember my friend had to go through something similar like yours, it took a while for them to approve his visa, maybe 6 months after they denied his first interview, but she did not give up, so we are here to support you everyway we can. Just keep in mind that your husband will be with you soon.

  6. When my husband purchase his ticket it was a one way ticket. He did not have any problems what so ever. When his flight land in JFK airport he went to immigration with no problem as well. So don't worry he will be fine. :yes:
