Hi Ms Lovy, first congrats on your child. But try not to stress yourself out to much. I now it easy for us to say, but pleae take it easy. You are at a very good website. We are family and we will help you any way we can. But as for me, my finance (at the time) we brought his pictures to the interview and it was successful. Our pictures were like a wedding cermoney. Well I guess it all depends on the person who interview. But if you would like I can email you the pictures and show you my pictures. Take care

Thanks so much ADMIRE or the reply. Sorry it took so long for the reply but I was in the hosiptal for 3 days and now I'm home and I decided to take a look on visa journey. That is what I told my friend that when she go and talk to her attorney she should ask him and make sure she get the orginal copy of the divorce decree. Like i told her just be careful. When I sponser my husband to the USA I had now problem at all. When he went for his interview they took his passport and then a couple days later he got his visa, and he been in the USA since. Thanks

Hi everyone, I hope someone can help me with this. We want to sponsor my mother-in-law to the USA. I am a US Citizens and my husband has his green card. Can we send for her, even if my husband has his green card? Please help, thanks.

I guess it all depends on the person who interview because my fiance ( at the time) had all of our engagement pics plus receipt of my engagement ring and he got approved on the very first day he went for his interview
-
I am so sorry you have to go through this, but the good thing is that you are on a very good site. I remember my friend had to go through something similar like yours, it took a while for them to approve his visa, maybe 6 months after they denied his first interview, but she did not give up, so we are here to support you everyway we can. Just keep in mind that your husband will be with you soon.

When my husband purchase his ticket it was a one way ticket. He did not have any problems what so ever. When his flight land in JFK airport he went to immigration with no problem as well. So don't worry he will be fine.

When my husband had his interview he got his visa a week later. Don't worry he will get it.
