Hello .. I made embassy transfer and this was my process:
 
1. NOA2: July 23,2021
2. August 5: I sent an email to the embassy in Kyiv-Ukraine asking if it was possible for them to receive my case.
3. August 7: Kyiv agreed to take my case
4. August 27: NVC gave me my BGT number (Bogota-Colombia Embassy)
5. August 19: I sent a public inquiry to the NVC requesting a transfer from the embassy, attached my Ukrainian citizenship passport and the screenshots of the embassy approval.
6. September 10: NVC changed my number with the initials of KEV (Embassy of Ukraine)
7. At NVC I am waiting for my case to be sent
 
If your case is in NVC, these are the steps you must take, if your case is in the Mexican Embassy, you must contact the embassy directly and request this transfer.

I’m beginning to feel depressed. I just want my fiancé to be here so we can get married and begin our lives together. We have started to argue a little more… but it’s usually my fault because I miss him. Ahhhh. Our first NOA is December 31, 2021. Do y’all think USCIS will actually speed up like they’ve been saying since March? Their goal is 6 months… but right now it’s taking at least 13.5 months to receive NOA2. I just want to hear yalls opinions on if you think they will speed up! And I also want to hear some feedback from other couples who may be feeling depressed with the distance, also. 

We all have our own opinions on this jab they call a vaccine and i myself have requested of my wife and family in the Philippines not to get it until it has gone through its full testing and is totally FDA approved and not under the EUA
