Thank you, I really appreciate it! I am glad to hear they’re processing NOA1. Where do you look up to see which NOA1 they are processing? And by the way, I am a November 6th filer but I wanted to see if they are processing the two day ahead of me. Just to be optimistic because it has been a long and frustrating time!!

No problem. Well, I don't know if there's an easier way, but I typed in numbers starting with WAC2190028000 all the way up to about WAC2190028230 on https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

Ours was Nov 2, and our number is somewhere after WAC2190026500 ...it might feel frustrating to do, but when I was anxious and noticed Oct 30 receiving theirs, I typed in the numbers manually there and kept following up until I noticed NOA1 for Nov 2, then we got the text the same night.

Are you freaking kidding me? I sent mine Oct 27th and nothing!!! I'm beyond pissed at this point. Only from the standpoint that what if it gets rejected for some dumb reason. Their incompetence will have cost me 3 months minimum.

Did you "send" it on the 27th, or did they sign for it at the lockbox on the 27th? Ours was sent on the Oct 29th and was signed for at the lockbox Nov 2nd. So we'll have to wait until they process Nov 2nd petitions. Recheck your tracking to see when yours arrived or was signed for at the lockbox, then you'll know when to expect your petition to be processed.

Does the lockbox email works at all? They only send the auto reply and never hear back from them after

They did send an automated reply, and really not holding my breath for any other reply. 10 weeks completed, still no progress. Someone said the agent they spoke to said to expect progress by Jan 15th, so after that it's pretty much hopeless if there's no progress by then.

    Hi All,

I have submitted my K-1 visa application (I-129F) to USCIS PO Box in Dallas, Texas on October 31th. USPS tracking system shows the package is received and signed. However, by now (Nov 22th) I have not heard anything from USCIS. The G-1145 form is filled and attached along with the entire package, but I didn't receive any text or email at all. The filing fee is not cashed out either. I have emailed to lockboxsupport (lockboxsupport@uscis.dhs.gov) regarding this issue, but I only received automatic response email from them which is not helping.

I just saw this youtube saying K-1 visa is not processing due to pandemic. I am wondering if anyone is having the same issue like me.

    Thanks,

Hey, it seems we are all in the same boat. They received ours Nov 2nd and still no response whatsoever. Hopefully this week.
