    Exactly. Like with this 48 months extension, CR1 visa holders have like green card for 6 years...

    Hi, I filed I-751 in October 2020, fingerprints were done in July 2021, status is stucked at 'Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken' since then. Anyone else's shows same status for so long? P.S. Filed N400 in September 2021, status shows 'case is being actively reviewed'.

    Congrats. What was your status being shown during these months before approval?

    It's National Benefit Center. It's jointly filed. Then I filed for N-400 under 3 years marriage rule.

    I applied N400 in September 2021 as well. Case is being actively reviewed on there as well since I filed. Biometric re-used.

    To send them inquiry about case processing time, what service center should I enter? It doesn't even give National Benefit Centre option on website....

    Still waiting..... Applied in Oct 2020...Fingerprints in July 2021... status shows "fingerprints applied to case" since then.... it does not even say yet that " Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" 😕 I have seen people here waiting years even after when their status says "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" My status still stucked at "fingerprints applied to case" since july 2021 😕

    After fingerprints, did your status change to 'case is ready to schedule for an interview' ? Or it got approved direct from fingerprints applied to case to approved?

    Hi, I have not received any interview notice yet. My online states still shows "Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS". I messaged them asking that its been more than a year and I havent heard back anything and that my 2 years extension letter is expired as well. It's been 2 months since I messaged them.

    I messaged USCIS through my uscis account....they replied back after 20 days that my N400 information has been entered into the system which schedules interviews for applicants and it will be scheduled depending on the slots become available at Field Office. Let's see when they schedule....
