    On 11 February Embassy mail me that my case is ready for further processing and ask me for medical examination. I was busy on my work and some family matters therefore I submit my medical on 22 march. I not understand one thing embassy told me now my case is ready for further processing and ask me for medical, photos, and w-2 . I submitted all this on 22 march. Now why they put me in adminstrative processing........?

    Your case is has entered the administrative processing stage.  It can last for days, weeks, months, or even years.  Although most AP is finished relatively quickly, some cases from Pakistan and that region sometimes require many months or even a year (or more) to be completed.  Unfortunately, the process cannot be waived or expedited.  You just have to wait.

    Embassy took my first interview in August 2019. And then they call me again for Second interview in October 2020. In February embassy mail me for medical examination, visa photos and  w-2 from joint sponsor. I submitted all those documents 20 days before. Today when I check my status they put me for Administrative processing. Before my status was Refused. Please tell me what is going on with my case.

    No this is not visa fraud. I have in trouble therefore I came here for good advise. Please don't comment negative.

    Now it's too late dear. Just only one thing that I can do. I not tell her and I submit my medical report and pictures for visa and I go there and talk with her about everything. But I feel worry when I go there and she still behave me so rude then where I go. I am totally strange from USA. I feel worry for this only.

    Embassy took interview last year. Now they will issue my visa and things are worst for me. My wife also don't want that I will be there with her. Therefore I think it's good for me to quit all this now.

    Hi. I want some help. My cr1 case is in last stage. Embassy mail me for medical and visa photos. I make an appointment for medical at the end of march and already send my visa photos to embassy. But from last week me and my wife fight so bad. Now I don't want to go US. We decided to divorce. Please tell me how I will end my visa process please.

But if they have not denied you yet and have asked for photos and medical then you have a high chance of approval.  It is unlikely they will ask for those if they want to deny you upfront.  I know the process can be stressful but you have to stay positive and not over analyze what the final outcome will be. Once you have done everything correctly, there is only one other thing to do … wait for their decision.

    I have another question. After One and half year of admin processing for IR1 visa. Embassy mail me for visa photos and for medical examination. And they said they want I have to complete the following things before final review for issuance of visa. Will it possible to denie my visa or they will issue the visa......?

    Ameen. Thank you dear. My wife is non Muslim and we have 10 years difference. These kind of things matter so much on petition. And my wife visit me once after marriage. Therefore embassy have so much concern about our case.

    My second interview was October 27 last year. After 3 months they call me and ask me for my wife cell number. They talk with my wife on 2 February and they send me email for my photos and medical on 12 February.
