Another thing to consider is the age of your wife's parents. I remember another member having concerns about paying for health insurance and other benefits.

They are here , they are safe and am sure your wife is relieved.
‘All 3 options are open:
1. U4U parole renewal every two years,
2.Asylum ( long drawn out way to a green card ) ,
3. Adjust as IR via your wife ( short simple way to green card).
No use pressuring them to decide..but it’s important for all of you to know if they would live in US long term …then choose Adjusting now.

I would think AOS would be the best course right now. Easier to deal with overall, and if they decide to go back to Ukraine at sometime in the future, they can give up their GCs via the I407.
