i change my address filing the AR-11 Form, but it only allowed me to change for the cases mentioned above but not for 130? do i have to do the same for 130? or with only those 3 should suffice?

@Mike E, i had TN, i applied for AOS based on marriage, me and my spouse are moving from LA to NYC, i have pending case for all the above, and no bio yet, so trying to update that one

is there a step by step somewhere in VJ? Im reading i have to fill AR-11 form online? but i want to cover all my bases, do i have to file forms for 130, 485, 765 and 131? or with one is enough? if its only one which one should i select?

hi, we are moving from LA to NYC, i will update the address online, but is there any suggestions, tips or challenges anyone encountered? Something i should know before hand? i havent received my bio appointment yet, thank you 

i send my documents without my IRS Transcripts cause i was not able like you, we add my USC spouse tax TRANSCRIPTS, mine my IRS tax forms, my w2 and a big WE TRIED letter explaining why we were not able to get the TRANSCRIPTS, i have not gotten an RFE, but at least that buys us time in case there is an RFE. I heard some people manage without the transcripts, some people got RFE, so for me i'll wait and see..

Can you guys share your PD if you have done recently biometrics in LA, i know it will be a long wait but wondering around what dates they are at. Im also concerned with the second wave they may close the centers again :(

When did u send urs? And which date was received at the lockbox?

Hi, We submitted our AOS marriage based package 10/08 and haven’t received any notice receipts yet.

We sent certified checks, so is hard to track if money has been collected, but will give a call to the bank to see if the checks have been cashed.

Fedex confirmed delivery to Chicago Lockbox received/signed by a J.Harper.

From what i am reading i should call USCIS after 30 days if no notice of receipts yet? 

Are there other suggestions in case i dont hear within 30 days? I guess im just paranoid and looking for suggestions,

like the title, it requires 3hours work minimum per week, with no pay, only volunteer work, since i am waiting for my EAD and everything else i would love to be useful in some capacity? is this ok while pending status?

this is for AOS based on marriage, the bank confirmed the checks have been cashed ( I sent certified checks), how soon after that, did anyone receive email receipts or notice?

@FattieBanton i left the middle name empty, i use the NA for the other questions, u think i should add The slash on all of them?

Me and my wife live in LA, during Covid, i was laid off and she started working from home, we decided to come to NY to visit her family and friends (we both used to live in NY) and we got married during covid in NY after I met her family, we are still in NY, but we will return to LA when she needs to go back to the office in person and I will live with her in her apartment. 

My question is, in the line where it says if we have lived together to list the address, we technically haven't lived there together, because we are in NY, but that is the mailing and physical address we will have, is it ok to list it, even tho technically we haven't lived there together because we are still in NY but we will as soon as we flight back to LA, this could be in 1-2 months probably or sooner should we need to be back for biometrics or appointments. 

I just don't want to put two different addresses as I wont be back to my old apartment, and we are currently indefinitely staying in NY but will be back shortly and live there together.

I am trying to finalize the AOS package, me and my wife reside in LA and we are in NY visiting family and spending time during covid, when I went online to get my IRS transcripts, the website said it cannot verify my phone number, so they will send an activation code via MAIL to my LA address, but no one is there... 

I screenshot the verification and i dont see why it wouldn't verify my number, since is a payment plan under my name, which i can verify, I called and they can send copies of the transcripts to the same LA address, but no one is going to be there, and flying to just get a paper makes no sense. 

Is there another way? Can i add the tax returns, w2 and a big WE TRIED letter? 

Any suggestions?
