Hi everyone, We have been waiting for over two years to receive a response regarding our humanitarian reinstatement request from USCIS. We were informed through a letter to wait for a response, but we have yet to receive anything. We are concerned and do not know what to do. We would like to know if anyone has gone through a similar situation and how they handled the process. How long does it usually take on average to receive a response from USCIS in these cases? If anyone has gone through a similar situation and can share their experience, we would be very grateful. We are desperate to receive a response and any additional information would be greatly appreciated. If anyone has any advice or recommendations, we would be so grateful if you could share it with us.
