Gm. Yes, correct. Send an email AND strong supporting documentation, i.e. if reason is due to medical send doctor's note(s) and medical report/record. If your case is already DQ'd, send the email along with your documentation to kingstoniv@state.gov. If your case is still at NVC, email nvcexpedite@state.gov

Hi Stacy, hope all is well! can I request an expedite before DQ?

    Hi all,

Does anyone know about how the notification goes out on approval? We're you sent an email along with the status change in the online portal? Or did the status change online after you received a physical copy in mail.

Once the status changes on any decisions on your case notices get sent out the same day.

however I noticed that I have my notifications set for emails and I didn’t receive any email when they sent a RFE.  I received a notification from a App (Lawfully) that I have on my phone.

Frustrating indeed, but you are nearly there! I'd start preparing for the NVC stage such as getting background reports (make sure they are valid for at least a few months after getting them), filling out the I-864, getting tax transcripts, etc. The That way once you get access to NVC, all you have to do is upload everything and it is a good use of waiting for your RFE response. Just look at the timeline of others. Some VJ members got their NVC letter the same day as approval, others had to wait a couple of months. We had everything prepared to upload to NVC prior to getting our letter aside from a Canadian background report which stalled us.

    Hopefully soon

You should be hearing soon. Processing time is 7.5 months meaning that is when they will get to your case and provide you with an approval. It doesn't mean they are working on your case for 7.5 months straight. On the bright side, not much longer for you! We were bummed when we got an RFE saying we never submitted the I-130 when it was done online. Turned out, they wanted a wet signature and it took them nearly two months to finally approve us after the RFE and we had overnight a hand-filled I-130 the day we got the RFE!

Well that’s what I’m saying I’m already just about at 7.5 months, so now I have to wait possibly another 2 months or so to get an approval. Sending a RFE at 7mths for missing pages??
it’s so hard waiting especially now school starts and home school, and working without my husband

Our RFE was saying they did not get the I-130 which did not make sense as it was online. Your RFE letter will say whether they need an original. If they specifically ask for an original, then you need to may it in. I'd also send the entire I-130A, not just pages 4-6 just to be on the safe side since you only have one chance.

Yes, I sent the entire I-130A. Crazy how after 7 months they sent RFE for missing pages, so I’m wondering were they not processing the case all this time? TSC processing time is 7.5 mths. Just wondering how much longer Now I have to wait now for an approval.

Our stupid RFE was saying they never received our I-130 application when we did it online🙃. Called USCIS and the tier 2 officer said they do have it but to follow the instructions.

Hey you don’t have to wait to get it in the mail you can print it and upload it with the missing pages.

I uploaded the missing pages I’m wondering how long before I hear something. My case was just 10 days away from Texas 7.5 months processing time. Wondering if it’s gonna take months again!? Can’t understand waited end of processing time to send RFE for missing pages

  7. Hey all I want to ask a question since you guys have been past this stage already. Mi cross cho!!!😱😡  after 7 months ah wait for my Husband I-130 to approve from Texas processing center with a 7.5 mths processing time they sent me a RFE saying pages 4 thru 6 of the I-130A is missing ( the interpreter pages-mi know need nuh interpreter)  But anyway I didn’t received the RFE in the mail yet I just saw it and print it from online ( all 3 pages) it says To send back the original with my RFE response. My question is do I have to wait until after I received the mailed one to send it in or can I just send it online? There is a link to respond.
Anyone of you had an RFE how did you respond? Please guys want to do ASAP if I don’t have to wait

Hi I received notification from my online acct that I have a RFE request today saying my I-130A is missing pages 4 thru 6  can you tell me do I have to wait until I received the actual RFE in the mail to respond? Can I respond now or do I need to wait and attached the original request to the evidence??

  9. Hey all, 7months of waiting almost the end of Texas processing time and I received today an RFE😱 Saying that pages 4 thru 6 of the I-130A Form (Supplemental Information for Spouse Beneficiary) is missing. waited all this time!

can I submit the Evidence through my online account?  Do I just take a picture of those Missing pages and upload it ? Or should I send in the complete form with 6 pages?

    Hey Folks,

Got some good news! Our case was approved on 22nd of this month (just got the notification). It appears that they transferred our case to Texas SC from Potomac without letting us know.

    NOA1: 02/24/20

    Service Center: Potomac SC

    Last Touched: 05/14/2020

    Latest Touch: 09/22/2020

    NOA2: 09/22/2020

To be honest, I am positively surprised. I was expecting NOA2 to be issues somewhere in December at the earliest. So, there is hope. Please be patient!!

    Thank You!

    Congratulations!!! 🍾

I've been approved!!!😁 I just happened to check my case online this morning, and I saw an approval notice had been sent on September 16th. Does anyone know how long it will take for it to get sent to NVC, and for me to get notified?

HI everyone, we filed February 29th and the NOA1 came from Potomac. When I inquired it looks like we got moved to Texas. I did not get a transfer notice. The case status check has shown " It is being processed at our E-Filed Case Processing Section location. The notice describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing " for a few months now.

Does anyone else that filed in February still have this same status mentioned above. We still have about 20 more days before we can inquire.

Yes I filed electronically feb 26 still waiting showing the same status. Husband still at Texas service center but daughter’s was transferred to Potomac. Have about 16days before I too can at least inquire about my husband’s case.

I called this am and they said that they think my case is now at the Potomac center... but they don't know. I never got a notice and online it said Texas center. Anyone else encounter this issue? I am so frustrated..

just so crazy and frustrating how this is all done.

”they don’t know” what does that mean? They can tell whether to it’s transferred or not? Ask them to tell you when was the case transferred ask to speak to a tier 2
