  1. Uscis website says 3 years after residing in the USA as a green card holder
  2. Does it mean if you enter the US 10 years ago and you are issued your green card today you can file citizenship right away? In this case your entry date was 10 years ago
  3. I filed my outside normal processing time based on i290b. The online status showed like yours and USCIS sent me an email that I should expect a decision on my case within 3 months. That if I don’t receive a decision in 3 months I must contact the USCIS number again . Hope you received a decision
  4. I think you have enough proof . But sure those letters from friends and family are notarized
  5. They have to take the letter to the notary and make it notarized. UPS notarizes, court has notaries too, you can Google some notaries around you…. your witnesses must have their ID or passport or drivers license before a notary can sign and stamp the letter. A letter without a notary stamp will not be accepted by USCIS
  6. Make sure witnesses letters are notorized
  7. Congratulations @Demise after so many years. Finally
  8. Yes they’ll ask the yes and no questions. Just make sure what you put on your visa application when entering the country corresponds with the yes/no question. I was married back home but mistakenly the person who did my visa application put single instead of married. After the i485 interview, the officer denied my i485 for fraud because I said NO to the question “have you ever committed fraud or misrepresentation to enter the USA “. He assumed because I said no I lied because I entered the country as single while I was married. I had to file i290B and after months I received RFE for i601 waiver, now waiting for the decision
  9. Thank you @Sandra G. after adjudicating the i601, will they make a decision on my i485 as well? Or they will return my i485 to the local office again where it was
