Yes. Expedite service with express mail. 

I applied July 9, after 3 hours become a U.S Citizen. Approved August 3, Passport book delivered August 5, Passport card delivered on August 9. Yesterday naturalization certificate arrived with first class mail wich in priority mail envelope. But certificate in wrinkled condition.

I see no mention of the dozens of documents I uploaded, even the page that is supposed to list all my prior addressed, it only shows a single address and that is the oldest one when I was abroad (I have 5 in total - 4 in US addresses, 5th one abroad-, and one abroad address - since they ask for 5 years of history even though I'm filing based on 3 years rule)

I have same issue evidence submitted but there is no file name. I hope we will not have  any problem. Because we upload it. I filled online jun 15. And jun 16 I İnformed that ucsis received My application.
