Hi, I am k1 and my case is also in Madrid,  I'm still waiting them to reschedule my interview. (cancelled in March).

Should i join k1 lawsuit? Will this lawsuit help non plaintiffs? Or it's only for plaintiff? I mean What will be the main difference if they win the lawsuit ?

Hi, i am waiting to reschedule my k1 interview in Madrid embassy.  But my fiance and i want to meet, because it's been 8 months.  He cannot come to Spain and i can't go to is because of travel restrictions and ban. So where can we meet?

Hola, they answered my call today,  and a woman said that there is no appointment available atm. Btw did you call her today?

I just called and talked to the same woman and she said that there’s no appointments available at the moment. She said it is because of back log and didn’t mention the ban or anything. She also told me that having a wedding planned would be grounds to expedite the interview. She told me to call again tomorrow... I’m crossing my fingers that this means that she is  forseeing things to be lifted soon....
