Went to n400 and I751 combo interview and was given the congratulations you passed paper.(approval for i751 was sent and n400 status is now stuck at "oath will be scheduled, we placed you in line"... my question is that my state id is expiring end of May. Can I use the 10 year green card( it was initially mistakenly issued instead of 2 year card and I90 was filed at the time) I have to renew my ID or do I need to wait till oath? Is state id required at the time of oath.? Thanks
No. Just saw on YouTube that they can sometimes ask definitions or stuff like what is the form of government.
Is the YouTube channel called US citizen test.org(citizenship with Jackie) and the lady named Jackie?
If during the N400 interview if my wife is asked what's the form of government of the United States, can they answer "republic" or" representative democracy" or do they need to give more of the definition? Personal experiences of people who have been through the interview are welcome.
Spouse has n400 interview coming up. Just wanted to clarify if we should bring her being on the car insurance if she has a learning permit but not a drivers license yet.Would that be of any use?
2. She was taking classes at community College so we added that in the "schools you have attended and jobs you have had in the last 3 years). But she isn't taking any classes currently and last classes she took were in summer semester of 24. Should we put that as the end date or put PRESENT since she is planning to take classes this year summer semester?
They were hired at a local establishment , 1-2 hours in training decided they didn't want to continue at the place. (uncomfortable environment)but weren't paid for it and then there was change in ownership and didn't really pursue it. Is it considered employed or unpaid training and how to treat it while submitting jobs in the past 3 years. Thanks
She received her Conditional permanent residence in 2021, we filed removal of conditions in 2023, removal of conditions is currently pending, can she she sign this form? Will it be considered claim of citizenship?
